30min waited just to order food, you got to hire more people. Wasted my lunch time just trying to order smfh.

I have stayed away from Subway sandwiches in general because the quality just isn’t there anymore. I see many advertisements of fresh ingredients and fresh bread daily, so I thought I’d give it another shot.
I downloaded the app back on my phone and I placed my order at 12:15 PM. I went to pick it up at 12:30 PM and it wasn’t ready. Not only wasn’t it ready. It wasn’t even started. The guy at the counter said it’ll be a few minutes while he waited on the five people that he had standing in line. So I decided to get in line because he was just passing me by. Even though it was 20 minutes by then that I had placed my order. So I got in the back of the line and finally he got to me. He asked the lady in front of me. Would it be OK if he put together an online order ahead of her. She had politely agreed.
Yes, he was assembling my order. I noticed that the tomatoes look like they were yesterday’s leftovers. I worked in a restaurant for nearly 15 years and know what old tomatoes look like. I let this go because he was already stressed out, and there were no managers in the building. There was one other young lady that was helping him assemble.
I got my sandwiches and I took them home. I got the Philly cheesesteak that I could have this afternoon and an Italian for tomorrow. I started into the Philly cheesesteak, and the bread was so tough. It was almost like it was put in a microwave. The cheese is so gooey it was stuck to my teeth. I know this is a graphic that you don’t wanna hear, but it is what it is.
Next, I tried the Italian. I took one bite and threw it away. What a waste!
Unfortunately, I will once again delete the subway app from my phone and I will not be coming back….EVER

Rudest employees I've ever interacted with. Made my order completely wrong and then had the nerve to give attitude. Disgusting treatment and terrible people. NEVER go this location. You are awful people

Ordered on the app.. waited required time. When I arrived I was told it would be a few. Watched 3 walk-in customers who came in behind me and have made-to-order sandwiches prepared for them before the staff began preparing my sandwich, which had been ordered 35 minutes prior at that point. Never enough staff.
I went in today to order two foot-long subs, there was no one at the front counter, but a kid looked out the back hall door to see if anyone was there. All of a sudden three workers came out of the back and asked me what I wanted. I started my order with The first sub and he started to make it as he was laying the meat on the first sub a fellow coworker saw a friend outside and yelled hey Nathan‘s outside the kid making my sub, ran through the back, kitchen out the door past me and out the front door stopping making my sandwich. I was shocked at what was happening I said are you kidding me and the next kid said I’ll finish making them. how unprofessional I would fire that kid on the spot in the middle of making my sandwich. He decided to run outside to see his friend. The new kid started making my sandwich and the kid came back in talking about his friend and how it was cool to see him I couldn’t believe what was happening. The kid who ran outside started to help make my sandwich and I told him don’t touch anything. Let the kid who started finishing making my sandwich finish. I cannot believe an establishment will employ people who will just stop making your food in the middle and just run outside and do whatever they want where is management in this place? This is just ridiculous. God help the kids in this town! Jesus! hey management, if you’re reading this figure out who’s working for you and figure out how to better serve your clients.

Just sad. I didn't realize you had to order marinara sauce on your meatball marinara sub. And I guess that's cheese. Just sad

I get subs here all of the time for my family. Always go in and order. The workers are nice, fast and efficient. The food quality is excellent, 20 visits at least over 2 years and zero issues. Best subway around. Store is very clean also.

Food is good, but if you order online expect to wait an extra 20 minutes than what the pickup time is. Ordered two foot long subs around 12:10 or so, pickup time was 12:30. Got there and they still haven't even gotten my order done yet. Had to wait there while they continued to serve all of the walk-in customers that kept lining up. Didn't walk out of there until around 12:50....they should focus on prioritizing online orders that were placed way ahead of the walk-ins. Not necessarily blaming the workers, there were only two of them in there while it was busy, but getting a third to focus on online orders wouldn't hurt while the others focus on the walk-ins.
