I get subs here all of the time for my family. Always go in and order. The workers are nice, fast and efficient. The food quality is excellent, 20 visits at least over 2 years and zero issues. Best subway around. Store is very clean also.

Food is good, but if you order online expect to wait an extra 20 minutes than what the pickup time is. Ordered two foot long subs around 12:10 or so, pickup time was 12:30. Got there and they still haven't even gotten my order done yet. Had to wait there while they continued to serve all of the walk-in customers that kept lining up. Didn't walk out of there until around 12:50....they should focus on prioritizing online orders that were placed way ahead of the walk-ins. Not necessarily blaming the workers, there were only two of them in there while it was busy, but getting a third to focus on online orders wouldn't hurt while the others focus on the walk-ins.

We placed an online order, which they accepted and charged us for, almost an hour before they closed and when we got there 5-10 minutes later there was a paper saying they closed early and no way for us to cancel the order, get our food, or get a refund. We tried calling a customer service number and the store and couldn't get any help with it. Awful experience.

I went in the subway in South Lyon on Wednesday the 15th 2024 to take out two subs. It was rather busy and there were only two people there working. I have to say that these two girls really working hard the whole time I was there and even though they were extremely busy, they were very friendly. Their names were Taylor and Micah and they definitely deserve five stars. !!!! ?????

Just went there. I tried ordering online because I'm pretty shy and ordering in person isn't always a comfortable experience for me. However the site wasn't working so I went in person. I get inside and I am the only person waiting to order. The 3 employees I saw there, one girl, a guy, and a woman in a red shirt (maybe the manager?) seemed busy but I don't mind waiting because I have previously worked customer service for years so I understand how it can be. Almost 3 or 4 minutes go by and they must see me standing there but nobody says a word to me not even a "I'll be with you in a minute". Then finally a girl goes to take my order and I asked for the Titan Turkey which is for my mom. The girl seems very confused and asked what is on it, I said provolone but at this point I'm worried because my mom likes her sand which a certain way and I'm not even sure what all goes on the Titan Turkey (I realize now the ingredients were listed on the board menu but wasn't aware of that at the time and neither did she). She then tells me its her first day, so I ask if someone else could make the Sandwhich, not because I didn't think she could but because I wanted to make sure my mom got the sand which she was expecting and I didn't think having another employee make it would be a big deal. If I knew I wouldn't have asked. So the guy employee comes and in an interrogating tone asked me why I didn't want her to make it. And so nervously I said she said she didn't know what was on it ect and he said " well she needs to learn by doing it" and I said maybe she could use some supervision since it's her first day. He then proceeds to make the sandwich and while it is in the oven he is looking at the girl and making what seemed like bad remarks about me. He then asked if I was getting another sandwhich, which originally I was going to get one for myself as well but I said no because I was so extremely uncomfortable at that point I just wanted to leave. The guy seemed scary and overall the environment was very unwelcoming and most likely I won't return to this location again.

I wish your employees would read special instructions for online orders….they are there for a reason, yet nobody seems to read them. I’d tip your employees if they would actually do their job correctly. ??‍♀️ if I wanted a non toasted sub I would’ve went to JJ’s.

Great if you go in and watch them make the sandwich but if you order online they can't read the slip to put the correct ingredients on the sandwich they'll just throw the same toppings on both sandwiches. They also won't answer thir phone.

Have not been to a subway in a few years. Really disappointed in how expensive the prices have got. I also feel like their portion sizes have gotten smaller then before. Subway has really lost some value compared to their 5 dollar foot long days.
