I wish your employees would read special instructions for online orders….they are there for a reason, yet nobody seems to read them. I’d tip your employees if they would actually do their job correctly. ??‍♀️ if I wanted a non toasted sub I would’ve went to JJ’s.

Great if you go in and watch them make the sandwich but if you order online they can't read the slip to put the correct ingredients on the sandwich they'll just throw the same toppings on both sandwiches. They also won't answer thir phone.

Have not been to a subway in a few years. Really disappointed in how expensive the prices have got. I also feel like their portion sizes have gotten smaller then before. Subway has really lost some value compared to their 5 dollar foot long days.

I would leave less stars if I could. I asked for a pizza, told the girl I wanted pepperoni and bacon, she didn’t toast it with the toppings on it not that manager or her wanted to apologize, nor did they ask if I wanted veggies after they toasted my topping’s separately and barely cut it. I was more than polite and they were more than rude.

We have eaten here a couple different times but learned the first time they do not place any importance on online orders. You are better off going into the store and ordering in person if you want to make sure you sub is prepared correctly. Ordering in person the employees pretty much follow Subway sandwich build guidelines and you will have to ask for extra veggies, sauces, and don’t worry if you get extra of meat and cheese they will let you know quickly you will be charged for it. That being said, the employees we have interacted with have been friendly and quick at preparing our food.

Second time ordered online and order was messed up. This time I got a 6 inch for the cost of a footlong. Would like a refund for the cost difference of the two sizes and the $1 tip i left. Ordered #16 @ 925pm on 9/9/23.

DO NOT GO HERE A WORKER NAMED SYDNEY SHISLER ASSAULTED MY FRIEND AND HIS GIRLFRIEND IN THE PARKING LOT COMPLETELY UNPROVOKED ON 5/18/2023. Sydney needs an extreme psychological intervention and not only am I worried about her own mental well being I am very concerned with the safety of customers in this chain as a child was present during a portion of this event as obscenities were hurled. I am the process of filing a police report. If this chain decides to keep this abusive and psychotic employee I will report this extreme misconduct to the higher ups in this chain that the management here is harboring a criminal. There were witnesses and we have multiple 2nd hand videos of the event.

Went in for 2 foot long BREAD ONLY.The worker told my sister that she had to charge her $14 for the bread!!!The poor worker mentioned that the manager makes them charge that much for bread and she could not do anything about it.$14 for two pieces of bread. This is legitimately historical.Whoever the manager is, if true-You should be ashamed of yourself. Sorry excuse of a “manager

Ordered online. Three workers behind the counter. One woman two men. I walk in when my order was supposed to be ready. There where four people in line. After waiting ten minutes the one gentleman went to do something. The woman asked what he was doing. He said I was going to get to the online order. The woman knew we where standing there. She told the man she's not worried about the online order, there were four subs in that order. I'm assuming it was gonna take to long. So we stood there watching as she took a walk in orders before us. This was ridiculous. Then She gives me our cups for our meals and says here you go. I then realized she didn't finish the order. We didn't receive our chips. So I sent my son to grab them. She watched me this whole time, knowing we were the online order. The guy she stopped from making our order looked so apologetic at us a few times. Our order showed it was ready at 5:44 it was not even completed when handed to us. Could have been handled more professionally. Not pushed aside because they had people in line.

Paid for bacon & extra bacon for one sub...it was missing.. 2nd sub toppings were all wrong paid for extra cheese my sub had no cheese what so ever! I haven't been here since August because of this issue and rude customer service and I will not be coming back to this one!

This manager is horrible. The employees seem so scared of him. I asked for the mozzarella cheese and he acted like it came out of his pocket, said it was an up charge, but I didn't have my card so I said I couldn't do it. She literally had to throw it away. He's watching them like a hawk.

We ordered 3 Sandwiches, (Spicy Italian, Italian, and Avacodo and Steak Wrap) and it was phenomenal. The food was amazing, service was great, and we will definitely come again. Keep up the good work!

Subway South Lyon is constantly one of the better Subway locations around. Rarely old vegetables. Always nice staff that listen to what you want.Don't be shocked by current prices... $9-$16 per footlong is common today.
