i work in fast food and could never imagine not giving the customer what they’re paying for and giving them straight trash. maybe the gm should be demoted again. sincerely a customer who will never return.

This tbell is slipping a bit. Dining area less than clean. Service slow. Ordered 2 burritos. 1 was well made. 1 had about 1/2 as much.

** 1-12-26** Still the worst taco bell ive ever bee to and today.... The guy that was running the drive thru needs a lesson in customer service and manners. He was so rude, acted like i was ruining his day by having a food order. Very snappy, didnt say your welcome or have a good day I DID ... (wearing a nightmare before christmas shirt - no name tag) dear rude guy: if you dont like your job, get a new one! Customer service is NOT your forte' - RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!

If I could give no stars I would. Worst Taco Bell ever. They should close it down or get all new employees because none of them care. Waited in line for 20 minutes. Finally pulled up to the window to say we did not order because no one took it after waiting there then was told we can’t place an order at the window and have to wait again and go around in line so we did waited for another 15 mins the went inside to try and order but said we were not allowed to. So I explained we tried waiting in line and none of them cared. Was told to wait again and that they were short staffed, I can respect that but when there is constantly an issue there then it’s a problem with more than just shortstaffed. It is ridiculous, walked in and there is trash all over the floor and is so dirty on the inside. Whoever owes it needs to take care of this problem or just close it cause it is horrible

This used to be the go to Taco Bell in the area. In rhe last couple years the store has gone down hill. Good luck getting rice on your burrito or hot food..... Just go somewhere else.

genuinely god-awful. the food is okay AT TIMES, but the employees at this location are the most downright disrespectful people you will ever meet. my fiancé, a paying customer, got yelled at today by an employee behind the counter for asking for a cup??? one that he paid for? when i went in a few days prior, the employee THREW my bag down onto the countertop. everybody at this establishment needs to be fired and that’s not an exaggeration. there is zero excuse to be treating customers this way. if it was a one-time thing because somebody was having a bad day, maybe i’d KIND of understand but this behavior is consistent and has occurred nearly every time i, or anyone i know, has come in.

Went through the drive-through for my daily happy hour medium root beers.
The two young people at the window were very very friendly. They even reminded me to give you your review. I have been in customer service for 48 years and I know how much good reviews mean to you.

The staff are just horrible. I came in today around 5 o’clock and watched a young lady with dirty blonde hair throw people’s food down on the counter and had a very poor attitude. Barely anyone came up to greet people up front. For the bad service that I got, the food barely made up for it.

Today and most days I’m there, the staff are impolite. Specifically the one who served me today who tossed my food down, and walked away. When I asked for my cup after 5 minutes of waiting for someone to return to the front, she said “I was going to give it to you”. I work in food service so I know how it feels but her attitude was not right.

Food was great, whoever worked at the window today around 1-1:30, absolutely vile attitude. Female, short black hair. I understand people have bad days, but even on my worst days I suck it up if I’m at work. Do better.

The worst experience I’ve had in a decade.
The staff lied about making something I ordered fresh, so I came back in to get a replacement. They made it but with an attitude and yelled good bye to me on my way out. Not my fault you can’t make the simplest food known to man and are unhappy.
