The worst experience I’ve had in a decade. The staff lied about making something I ordered fresh, so I came back in to get a replacement. They made it but with an attitude and yelled good bye to me on my way out. Not my fault you can’t make the simplest food known to man and are unhappy.

I accidently put Ham instead of Sam on the order name. This worker lady decided to scream and cuss at me even after i apologized. Today was my birthday and I wanted a good pick me up and instead I got screamed at by a full grown adult. It ruined my experience and hurt my feelings. They also put no cheese on my cheese quesadilla and when I went to get my food, she rolled her eyes at me, and practically threw the bag at me. This was so unprofessional. Do better Taco Bell!

Second time that I have come here and they tried to tell me, DoorDash was not here and it should’ve been. Don’t have this problem in New Hudson.

This particular location has struggled for a long time. A few months ago there was some positive reviewed and maybe some changes had been made. Have gone back a couple times and no complaints. Went back today. We got the wrong slushy, they forgot my large Pepsi, forgot the chips for my nachos. Not sure what’s going on but I am praying we haven’t gone backwards.

Manager is super bossy and rude. Swears in front of customers and berates employees who are working their hardest. This isn't about the entire business just the manager. I feel horrible le for the workers. Please treat your employees better.
Edit: as soon as I posted this an employee began swearing and the manager yelled at her for making a mistake. This place is in shambles.

I got a replacement order of nachos bell grande because they had made it wrong last time I was in there, so I asked them to give me about 8 mild sauces. When they put it in a handle tie bag for me. I again said, please don't forget my sauces -you forgot them last time. When I got home, I thought my bag felt awful heavy - it felt heavy because they had given me 99 mild sauce packets! Yes you read that correct 99! Plus a wad of napkins! Every time I go there and specify how many sauce packets I want they always give me a handful! Now I see why they don't have sauce sometimes because they've given it all away!! I kept about 10 of the sauces and took the rest up to the vfw in South Lyon and gave them to them for taco tuesday!

I had a Doritos Locos Taco, the steak chalupas, a crunchy beef taco, and cinnamon twists. The steak chalupas were gross until I took off the fake cheese baked into the shell. It was my first time having them though so I’m assuming that is just how they are made & this particular location isn’t responsible. I ordered at the drive thru when they were a little busy & was surprised by the quick service. I’ll come by again!

Food could be better my five layer beefy burrito used to be my favorite now it ain't beefy or cheesy it was smaller than my bean burrito and I get a taco supreme there was no sour cream the whole reason I get them.

Staff here is rude for the most part. No sense on how to speak to a customer, and always impatient when it comes to order taking. Inly thing that saves this place is a taller gentleman with glasses, he's the only one who seems to understand how the Service industry works.

I ordered a Mexican pizza.Which is usually delicious and I haven't had one in a long time. Unfortunately the shells were heavy and darker than usual. The shell didn't have the light crispy texture. They had been in the deep fryer too long. The pizza was really full of everything good. Lots of tomatoes on top. I did not receive a receipt so I am reviewing the pizza here.This is Sunday at eleven o'clock when I went through the drive through.
