Stood at the counter more than 25 minutes without even being acknowledged by the staff. I made an online order and told her I would like to add to it. She told me she wouldn't take my order because online orders are the priority. I asked if she could at least take my order so it could get on the list and she told me no. They would take my order when they were caught up. horrible, horrible customer service! She told me that was her bosses rule.

I'm very disappointed in this location. Every single time I have been here my order is always wrong and I have to ask them to remake it. It's either they don't add something I asked for or they add something I didn't ask for. No matter the time or the day or how busy they are its wrong. Just disappointing.

I have went here three times and it seems to get worse everytime. My bahama mama smoothies tasted like rotten coconut milk milkshake. When it was handed to me it was overflowing and spilling all over the place. It's disappointing because I have been to different locations and they are delicious and this one never tastes right. I wouldn't waste my money here

Welp be prepared to wait over a half an hour for a smoothie (didn’t order food). At the Brighton location, they only take 5 mins. This has now happened both times I’ve come to the South Lyon one. Management should tell the kids that work there to prioritize people who only ordered smoothies before those who order food. Won’t be back.

Well I put my order in at 8:00 on a Saturday...it is 8:45 and someone is still not there. This is not the first time it has opened very late. I don't know why they don't just close this location down. Management is horrible as they cannot open even close to their posted times. Message to customer service, don't send me anything. I am so frustrated with this location I am deleting the TS app. I am no longer a customer. Don't send me a gift card. I am done with this place.

I am writing this on December 23, a Monday before the holidays. When I came in, there was only one girl working and I could tell she was giving it her all. I just want to say a big kudos for this girl for rocking it out all by herself and making sure everyone was taken care of. She had a great attitude! She informed me that there were other people that were scheduled, but they didn’t come in so I hope she gets some kind of Christmas bonus for all of her hard work and dedication! I did not get this girl‘s name, but she is definitely a star employee! It’s really hard during the holidays and I know things can be stressful, but she handled it like a pro! I will definitely be back!

I am a customer of this location and a delivery driver. This is by far the worst location I have experienced. The service was so bad and took so long I had to get a refund. Another time they dumped so much sauce on my wrap that it was inedible. They routinely forget parts of the orders. I cannot recommend this location.

I was overcharged but told they couldn’t refund me and that I needed to contact customer service- There’s no phone number, just the website and I never heard back!
They owe me money!!!

The food was pretty gross and undercooked. The bacon on my wrap didnt even look like it was bacon. I was pretty disappointed and couldnt finish it after a couple bites. The smoothie was alright but was pretty watery and flavorless.

It might just be me but I didn’t realize reading basic instructions on food was so difficult… is “no cheese” on the receipt really that difficult to comprehend? I’m not sure what it is about this location specifically but they consistently screw up orders and disregard any modifications.

Went to store was in line 15 Minutes to place order. Got to front of line told food takes 45 minutes. On one hour lunch break. Asked why there was no sign that tells you that. Person starts letting her day’s frustration out on me. More employees than they needed standing around doing nothing just a poorly managed location.

Layla or Lila I believe it was was so kind when I called after I ordered a smoothie and believed I lost my iPhone. Turns out it was at home and I panicked over nothing, however she told me she’d stay on the phone with me and walked me through how to play my iPhone sound for a lost phone! She truly cares about people and I will be coming back for sure !
