I am writing this on December 23, a Monday before the holidays. When I came in, there was only one girl working and I could tell she was giving it her all. I just want to say a big kudos for this girl for rocking it out all by herself and making sure everyone was taken care of. She had a great attitude! She informed me that there were other people that were scheduled, but they didn’t come in so I hope she gets some kind of Christmas bonus for all of her hard work and dedication! I did not get this girl‘s name, but she is definitely a star employee! It’s really hard during the holidays and I know things can be stressful, but she handled it like a pro! I will definitely be back!

I am a customer of this location and a delivery driver. This is by far the worst location I have experienced. The service was so bad and took so long I had to get a refund. Another time they dumped so much sauce on my wrap that it was inedible. They routinely forget parts of the orders. I cannot recommend this location.

I was overcharged but told they couldn’t refund me and that I needed to contact customer service- There’s no phone number, just the website and I never heard back!
They owe me money!!!

The food was pretty gross and undercooked. The bacon on my wrap didnt even look like it was bacon. I was pretty disappointed and couldnt finish it after a couple bites. The smoothie was alright but was pretty watery and flavorless.

It might just be me but I didn’t realize reading basic instructions on food was so difficult… is “no cheese” on the receipt really that difficult to comprehend? I’m not sure what it is about this location specifically but they consistently screw up orders and disregard any modifications.

Went to store was in line 15 Minutes to place order. Got to front of line told food takes 45 minutes. On one hour lunch break. Asked why there was no sign that tells you that. Person starts letting her day’s frustration out on me. More employees than they needed standing around doing nothing just a poorly managed location.

Layla or Lila I believe it was was so kind when I called after I ordered a smoothie and believed I lost my iPhone. Turns out it was at home and I panicked over nothing, however she told me she’d stay on the phone with me and walked me through how to play my iPhone sound for a lost phone! She truly cares about people and I will be coming back for sure !

I love how customizable everything is over here. I really like the tropical punch smoothie from here. It tastes super nice, but I definitely can’t finish the whole thing. It’s super filling my place for the summer.

Smoothie consistency that of a old sushi that has been sitting out for 2 hours, half milk and half undrinkable consistency of whatever it was they were trying to make, contacted owner and never got a response which is very unprofessional considering they have an entire section dedicated for this kind of support, avoid this location as it’s quite literally the only time I’ve dealt a bad tropical smoothie location - don’t bother helping now, dispute has been made.

Bunch of 20 year olds sharing memes instead of working. Took 15 minutes to get a quesadilla when the Brighton store never takes more than 3 min. Last stop at the SL store

Went in to order drink for my daughter, had to wait for the staff finish their conversation, they did see me standing there, but they didn’t care. When the guy finally came up to take my order he just stood there, no greeting, no what can I get for you. Will never go back! I work in the food industry and this is a great example how NOT TO ACT!

Just went there today - called before I came because my gift card didn't work online when I tried to place my order. I called ahead and they said that they can't take any orders over the phone - their only option is in person, website, or their app. So I came in store. When I arrived there is a giant sign in their door that says "online orders only". When I came in, I was told the same thing but when I mentioned I had called ahead, she then took my order but forgot my side when handing me my order. The food/smoothies are great. But this location seems to be struggling - hope they can figure it out. The girl making the smoothies was nice.

Parking: Parking in front of building is free and wheelchair accessible.

Kid-friendliness: My family take their kids all the time. It is clean open and everything is clearly labeled for dietary preferences and needs.

Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk out front from parking lot has a ramp and the whole restaurant is on one floor so it is 100% wheelchair accessible.
