Dined in with my coworker after a long shift and experienced such great service. Cre was our server and she had no problem taking care of us as indecisive as we were. Food was made fresh. The busser, David was exceptional as well. Accommodating anything we needed. We will definitely be back.

They have some reasonable prices for a family restaurant. Coming from a low income budget I would suggest this be a planned family outing😍.

The food was very good. Our server, autumn, was very delightful. The music was loud and we waited over an hour to get all of our food and two meals came out rice minutes before the last one. We ate so grateful anytime food is provided for us but we won't turn here.

slow slow slow we were there for 90 mins 15 for a water and 10 for the bill and what is an appetizer when it takes 35

If I could rate zero I would in heart beat.. I called it in 45 min prior..second when I got there I still had to wait 35min to get one thing a chicken Alfredo with broccoli 🥦 then when the food came it was bone cold. Keep in mind for a Friday night it was not busy I took head count and pictures of everything it was only 14 people in the restaurant and 4 ppl in to go area waiting. Ppl that was seated had there plates. When my food came it was cold / I gave the girl a $100 dollar bill she came back with change 10min later. I ask her girl where you go to the bank to break it ? I ask for manager her name is TILLY she came out non apologetic and rude as ever I ask others in line for there opinion they all said she was too so I will be reaching out with my pictures and all to head quarters I will be calling tomorrow morning and letting them know first hand Southfield location needs work and as for the manager your attitude and body language was horrible you should be ashamed and you should tell ppl or staff how long the actual wait will be so ppl know how to handle or take care of things HQ will handle it better tomorrow everyone go further into the suburb it’s better quality and service this is close to Detroit so it’s got a ghetto raunchy service cold food and cold atmosphere

Applebees on Southfield Rd. , is "Truly A Menu Of Kindness" they go above and beyond to make sure Customers are safe, served elegantly and treat you like family🩵🩷 I looked foward to visiting this Apple Bees again.

Applebee's service is ok. The atmosphere was quiet. I did a mtg with a client from work. The food was better than usual.

40 minutes and no one came to serve us. Disappointing.

Veronica was our server & her customer service was exceptional. We never had to ask for extra napkins, or fill ups on drinks. And when we requested things, she promptly provided them with a smile making us feel we were her only customers.
The food was also point on. This is one of the best Applebees in the area.

Kid-friendliness: Tuesdays are kids nights.
