This particular Applebees has really went downhill. It’s always just 1/2 servers so you’re waiting literally all day to place your order and receive your food. Then once your food come it’s a no go. Either cold or just not right!

This location is always dirty. Tables are never properly wiped down. Food on the floor. I ordered pasta last time I was there. It was very slow while I was there, maybe 15 tables. Multiple areas were a disaster, my food took over an hour, wasn't made correctly, didn't pit the alfrado sauce on my pasta and had to flag a waitress down twice for refills. This location needs to do better. I'll drive to Chesterfield for amazing service
Worst Applebee's empty tables still a long wait tables are all sticky. Drinks didn't get ask for till 30min after we set hour later still waiting on my drink.Called manger over no help. Got food before the drink

Outside of the service , I absolutely LOVED David the cook / dishwasher, he was very wholesome and kept both my mom and I company while we waited on our food !! He also made sure we were safe getting into our vehicles , such a kind spirit and heart !! You wouldn’t be able to tell if he had a long day or not because he takes the time out to think about YOURS and ensuring you are doing well etc . Wish I could say more but my vocabulary won’t let me lol , thank you David ? bless you -Niesey&Ann
