They Managers and General manager very mean they leave the Employees out on the floor to work why they go outside to smoke weed they also talk very bad to the customer when the customer ask for something at the Window coco calls them out there name and pick a fight with them then try to call the police bad place to eat at I also got food poisoning there

Arrived at about 11:30 on 12/3. To my surprise the inside was locked. Went to the drive through. I asked if they were closed. He responded no, the drive through is open. I advised but the inside isn’t open during normal business hours and there is no sign indicating such. He responded my manager said we don’t need a sign. I asked but shouldn’t you all be open, that’s not ok. He responded ok, I promptly drove off, if this is the kind of manager running this store I can only imagine how the kitchen is ran and why they’re closed at noon, if the manager doesn’t think it’s necessary to notify customers that the inside is closed then they don’t need my money.

The service there wasn't good the lady at the place had a big attitude. The lady kept telling me to speaking up in a very anger tone. On the other hand the food tasted alright. But the lady really threw off the vibe. Most likely wouldn't go there again. Have a nice day.

Pulled up to the drive thru told the guy i had a door dash came to the window he's sitting down on the phone i had yelled through the window for him to get up like he totally forgot about me SMH.

Online order. The lobby was closed at 4 pm. Had to go to drive thru. The oil that the fries were cooked in was burnt. Very little roast beef on the sandwiches. The shake was good.**Update: I reached out to Arby's. They were very professional and understanding. Excellent customer service!**
