I asked the cashier for a buffalo chicken wrapped in lettuce and their reply was I'll give you a side of lettuce. I then told him, they always wrapped them for me, his reply was who is them. I then replied Arby's.
He had a nasty attitude and deposition was terrible

You know the quiet dread you get when trying out an Arby's you've never been to before? Because this chain either has delicious sandwiches or inedible garbage depending on how they serve the roast beef? Sadly, this location was the later.
The employee at the drive thru was good, the service was fast, and the roast beef was literally inedible. It was dark and rubbery, imagine finely sliced... tire. I was quite hungry but just couldn't eat it. It went in the trash.
Giving food 2 stars instead of 1 because at least the bun was.. bread. And the Mac n Cheese bites were genuinely great!
The thing that really bothers me about this practice you find in some Arby's is, you *know* the employee looked at that dark gray rubber they were creating your sandwich with and just, didn't care that they were feeding you something truly disgusting. Cheers.
Fries were old as I don't know what and my beef n cheddar sandwich looked old and was lukewarm when I got it...I will never go back to this Arby's again. Not to mention they don't even greet you just rake ya order.

My turkey bacon sandwich had 1 piece of bacon Also my food was cold because they decided to have my order packed while the cheese sticks was in the fryer ?.
And what topped it off is they didn’t even put a straw in the bag ? I’m 35 why would I wanna put my lips on the rim to drink a shake
It’s never that serious to not double triple check before handing the food out

My granddaughter is taking drivers training she wanted some Arby's after she was done The instructor says she did real well so her treat was Arby's
Just went through at 11:30(they close at 12) and they refused to take my order in the drive thru. Waited about 5 minutes for them to say anything. Can’t take an order if you refuse to greet them in the first place I guess. I definitely suggest finding out why they’re being so lazy but whatever. It’s not my business. All I have to say is do better.
