I went to get the meat for three and they were out of the cheese sticks so I asked instead could the substitute for something else the manager said no but since it was there problem that they were out of the item it seem like they would try to accommodate but Taylor the manager said absolutely not. So drove miles to get this new promotion and Was charged per item. Seems like bait and switch to me. I didn’t want to argue but I spent way more than I intended . I would like for upper management to accommodate me for this issue.

It was freezing today as we went to Arby's by car, freezing snow in our faces and then the warm atmosphere where a kind and sweet young lady served us and gave us extra sauces for our burgers. This place is awesome for a snack or meal deal! Go there because it is a big hug on a very cold day!

Bought Beef and Cheddar Classic, Beef and Cheddar Double, Brisket Sandwich and 3 curly fries and 1large crinkle cut fry. The sandwiches weren't hot not even warm. The brisket barely had meat.The curly fries had 1 curly fry and a bunch of broken pieces of fries in all 3 curly fries. SMH. So today Friday December 9th 2026 we go there. Little man taking the order was rude. Get to the window pay. While we wait we watch him cleaning up getting closing ready. The manager is counting down the drawer on the counter where they bag the food! You count drawers in the office. He did not wash his hands or put on gloves. Yes they bagged the food on the counter where the drawer was counted down. Poor customer service and nasty habits. SMH.

Well, my daughter ordered a Lamb Gryo, but, they gave her a regular roast beef, she didn't notice until we were too far away to change it, plus we didn't get a receipt. So, I had to drive to another location which put me in a time crunch to be home before my son was dropped off to my house. I think a coupon is in our future!
I didn't get my right order and also my sandwich was cold not warm the bread was hard it was horrible only thing was hot was the potato cakes

Oh, I came to the drive-through and I ordered a corned beef sandwich with Swiss cheese. I guess they didn’t know what Swiss cheese was cause there was no cheese on my sandwich. I live a little ways from this location so I did not go back, but I would never go back, but I did leave a message on their machine. Don’t go hereyou’ll waste your money. I was really hungry that day too. The corn beef was so dry. I didn’t even finish my sandwich, even though the best part of a corned beef is the Swiss cheese and the tender meat but the best part of this one was the bun I did ask for a onion roll bun I guess at least I got that! I went through drive-through
