I was passing by at about 11:50PM and nervously pulled into the drive through. I was greeted by a cheerful tone and fun banter and even though it was close to closing time it was as if they knew I was coming and definitely didn’t mind. Ahmad and the lady with the colorful hair did not rush me or have an attitude as you would expect going to an establishment as they are preparing to close or sometimes already started closing procedures and can’t fulfill. I hope that Ahmad is recognized for his efforts and quality customer service his personality and professionalism is something to take note of! My gyro was excellent and I’m thankful the Mac and cheese is back. I am missing the Mediterranean wrap and the old turkey blt and the turkey sandwhich how it used to be made with that good sauce.

Ordered food 4 for 10 small jamoxxa shake small curly fry I stay less than 4 min away on a 80 degree day and all food ice cold and shake is soup. I called back no answer. I never come here because of this reason. I always go to royal oak Woodward. But why Close this one down if we can't get better service and quality food. 19. I wanted all my money back and you can have this garbage . I don't even want any more

This place was awesome prep on food an look was appetizing new drink made me order 3 they was also delicious great atmosphere employees where engagers had an awesome experience will go back
Had the $7 Gyro meal. Fries were fresh and salted nicely and everything was nice and hot. Have not been to Arby's in while, will go back especially this location.

Didn't sit well on my stomach at all. Ordered 3 of the new chicken sandwiches with honey mustard even though originally I thought it was maroon there. I didn't like it at all and my cheese wasn't melted on either of my 3 sandwiches. Honey mustard was placed on there so sloppy and my bread was stale

I asked the cashier for a buffalo chicken wrapped in lettuce and their reply was I'll give you a side of lettuce. I then told him, they always wrapped them for me, his reply was who is them. I then replied Arby's.
He had a nasty attitude and deposition was terrible

You know the quiet dread you get when trying out an Arby's you've never been to before? Because this chain either has delicious sandwiches or inedible garbage depending on how they serve the roast beef? Sadly, this location was the later.
The employee at the drive thru was good, the service was fast, and the roast beef was literally inedible. It was dark and rubbery, imagine finely sliced... tire. I was quite hungry but just couldn't eat it. It went in the trash.
Giving food 2 stars instead of 1 because at least the bun was.. bread. And the Mac n Cheese bites were genuinely great!
The thing that really bothers me about this practice you find in some Arby's is, you *know* the employee looked at that dark gray rubber they were creating your sandwich with and just, didn't care that they were feeding you something truly disgusting. Cheers.
