Grilled cheese brisket sandwich was soooo good 🔥

The portions were healthy and the food tasted wonderful. The dry rub was good and the greens, corn, and mac and cheese all well prepared! My only criticism, they left out my jalapeno cornbread muffin! 😋

This place is a hidden gym that Metro-Detroiters are sleeping on. Great service, great fall off the bone ribs, and their sides are great as well. Can't wait to go back and try more food that they have.

The food was so good. My first time amd it didn't disappoint and the smoked bacon was amazing.

So I just order the “burnt ends” and disappointment is an understatement. For over $20 they provide you with exactly 4 big burnt ends that was seared on one side. It had a weird smell to the meat that completely turned my nose upside down. I am going to give them a call about this complaint to see what happens so stay tuned….

My brother wanted to get food from this place called Arkins. I paid $60 for slab of ribs 2 slices of brisket (really) and large macaroni and cheese ( that's a medium size at another restaurant I go too). My problem is that the amount of food I got for 60 dollars is a shame. I get more food for 40 dollars at the soul food restaurant i go to. The food was alright compared to other places I go to. I definitely won't go back.

Tried it that day from a review I saw. Got the BRISKET GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH, it was amazing and I got two servings out of it. Decent price for what you got. Very nice staff, and talked to them while I waited for 10 minutes maybe, not a sit down place though. I will be going back! There is also a culvers within walking distance if you want custard after. Enjoy!

We went to try the Grilled cheese brisket sandwich. Instead we tried Brisket sandwich dinner. The brisket sandwich was very good but adding the cole slaw to the sandwich made it better. I wanted to go back and get an additional order of Cole slaw. The Cole slaw stands out all by itself. I think it's made an vingrett instead of mayonnaise. They had onions and jalapeño peppers to add to the sandwich (I'm not a fan of either of them). My daughter liked them, she said they were sweet with a slight kick.

Got the brisket grilled cheese on Texas toast. Absolutely delicious.
Service is very slow. Staff can be on the rude side. Order ahead is my recommendation.
Regardless of the staff they foot is 5 stars.

I had the BEST barbecue brisket grilled cheese from that place. I guess they make special bacon and I was given a piece to try for free. Very friendly and accommodating. Made sure I had to-go utensils and an extra cup of barbecue sauce. I can’t wait to go back.
