Starting out we were seated and waited about 15 minutes for our server which was discerning. After she finally arrived everything was perfect the drinks, Paper plane and French 79 was amazing. The food was superb to say the least. Overall I wish they were not closing. What a great place to eat.

Bacco's is an "all time" favorite! The ambience, service and food are outstanding. You start with breadsticks and parmesan cheese with either a Paper Plane or glass of your favorite wine. brussels sprout salad is light and wonderful, pasta is outstanding and the whitefish piping hot and delicious. We are anxious for Bacco's to remodel and redefine the next chapter! See you all soon and thanks for a wonderful place to dine !

We have had lots of great experiences at Bacco but last night was a disappointment. The room was extremely loud and it was very difficult to have a conversation or enough our meal. Our server was not very attentive. We are sorry to see Bacco go and perhaps the poor experience is just reflective of the end of the restaurant but it was disappointing.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. We were seated right away. The food was outstanding as was the overall service. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. We didn't order a dessert and she brought us some delicious biscotti to eat with our coffee. We are very sad to hear that the restaurant is closing. We will miss this restaurant and all the people associated with it.

My first visit to Bacco Ristorante was phenomenal. From the very attentive wait staff to the cheesecake dessert this was a memorable experience. The food was well prepared and the plate visually appealing. I had the veal parmigiano. Very delicious. Light and tender with a flavorful tomatoe forward sauce that made every bite delectable.

This place is amazing “every time”. Visited again to enjoy another wonderful dining experience before the closure/renovation prior to the end of April. The paper plane drink was amazing, broccoli salad, pasta and branzino was so good !! Love the ambience, wait staff and entire experience. See you again before the end of April !

Absolutely incredible. Housemade pasta is superb, and the sauces are all fantastic. Best Italian in the Detroit area, period.

Pasta of the day was a marinara sauce with burrata on top. If the idea was for the burrata to be cooked into the pasta, that didn't happen. Pasta was not al dente unfortunately. The sweet potato soup was phenomenal. Our waitress gave the impression she didn't want to engage with us other than rushing our food off the table.

For the price, my dollars continue to go to Andiamo. They are closing their doors soon, but for a long time this was considered the finest Italian restaurant on the west side. It was loud in there, no problem, we were in the mood to party. Our waitress was italian, had a quiet, high, squeaky voice. I never heard a word she said. Specials were not written down and I had trouble hearing her. No biggie. The food came out hot. My fiance order eggplant parm. It was mushy and had no flavor. I ordered veal Siciliano. Kinda dry, the amoghio was good. I had pasta with meat sauce. Overdone homade pasta is the worst. Mushy. Sauce was pretty salty. The others in our party seemed pleased. My martini was perfect!

To start off on a positive note- throughout the years, I have had positive experiences in regards to food, service, and overall experience. However, the other day, aside from the wonderful service, I was immensely disappointed. I came here for dinner upon a reservation that my friend and I waited for an entire week to attend. My friend and I split three entrees. Chicken piccata, eggplant parmigiana, and strozapretti norcina (usually always my favorite dish). I do not want to go into great depth. Although to say the least, I genuinely feel as though because of the fact that this restaurant will be closing indefinitely sometime this month, there has been a harsh drastic decline. That being- in the overall quality, taste, and freshness of the food. Within that, lack of care and consideration in the upholding of the longstanding reputability that this establishment has acquired throughout the years. Very disappointed. Not a good way to close out so many years of wonderful and great dining experiences. It was also my friends first time here, I thought it would be nice to bring her somewhere that I have enjoyed throughout the years, before they officially close. She was equally disappointed in the food served, as I had given way for high expectations.

We had a work meeting in the back of the restaurant. It was fantastic. They created a custom menu for our event. They even worked with a few of our guests dietary restrictions. The apps were great. The side salad was great. The lunch portions were large. The service was fantastic. My cup was never empty.

Service was slow and Had been there several times before. Started with the scallops appetizer for $28. I was surprised only two medium size scallops came out and the flavor was under whelming. Other than that the main courses were good as usual.
