The bagel itself was great. Limited options of spreads and no bagel sandwiches. If you’re here, find something to be content with here. But do NOT - under any circumstances - go next door to make it a sandwich, no matter how much they encourage it. Literally ruined our bagel and we were out $15 (yes, you read that right…). Mistakes were made!!!!

I picked up a dozen to take to work first thing in the morning. Our usual go to is Panera. Not anymore. These were fresh out of the oven warm and so delicious, slightly “crisp” (probably not the right word) on the outside and perfect dough consistency on the inside. I had to eat one on the way in to work! I’ve never heard so many people raving about a bagel. Grabbing some for Father’s Day brunch as well!!! Keep doing what you are doing.

The shop was out of salt bagels around closing time and the manager gave me her card and said she would set aside my bagels if I gave her a call in the morning and sure enough they were waiting for me, cant thank her enough

I love places that stick to traditional simple ways of doing things.....bagel factory does which is why their bagels are the best I've had in 4yrs. My favorite is their mozzarella bagel but they are all amazing,fresh made the same day mmmhhhh. I'd also encourage every college student or anyone who loves bagels but on a budget to stop in too cause they have good bargains on day old bagels that are still really good and when i get thoes I usually freeze them or make bagel pizzas in my air fryer . You can't lose with this place either way

A toasted onion bagel with cream cheese is what I ask for.
Instead, I got a bagel without onion or toasting.
It appeared that the lady didn't care about me and didn't give me eye contact.
Her interest in my business was not piqued.
In any case, I gave it a shot. My first thought should have been heeded. ✌🏾🤮

Honestly disappointed bc I took time out my morning to get bagels from here. I paid $6 for two bagels, when I received It- it wasn’t what I asked For (I placed an order) I didnt Realize until I left so I turned Around and went back and clarified. I’m not sure if the daughter had an attitude or what the issue was but she brought out my new bagels without even looking at me, I get into the car- and again, these aren’t the bagels I asked For. At that point I had to be on my way to work but was highly annoyed. Just make sure you check your bagels before actually leaving ig.

Good bagel, fresh, reasonable price and very convenient location. It is right next to telegraph and there are plenty of parking since Citizens bank move out of the building. They have so many different variety of bagel and they are willing to heat it up for you if you want. They don't skim on cream cheese either. Good place for a quick breakfast.
