I picked up a dozen to take to work first thing in the morning. Our usual go to is Panera. Not anymore. These were fresh out of the oven warm and so delicious, slightly “crisp” (probably not the right word) on the outside and perfect dough consistency on the inside. I had to eat one on the way in to work! I’ve never heard so many people raving about a bagel. Grabbing some for Father’s Day brunch as well!!! Keep doing what you are doing.
The shop was out of salt bagels around closing time and the manager gave me her card and said she would set aside my bagels if I gave her a call in the morning and sure enough they were waiting for me, cant thank her enough
