To be clear, I love people of all cultures and heritage. I enjoy talking about people's languages and cultures and personally love accents. However, I literally could not understand more than 10% of what was said today in this store. I tried to ask the employees to slow down, indicating I was having a hard time understanding them through their accent. They did not slow in the slightest. I had a few questions and wanted to get a few samples, but was so frustrated I ended up ordering my fallback choice and leaving.

I just got out of the hospital and I wanted ice cream for me and my kids.Well not only did it come without a bag It wasn't even what I ordered.I had to go back up there 6 mi away and get it made right which I never should have had to do in the first place. What I was supposed to get versus what I got

Horrible. Went to take my grandkids today and was refused service. No one was in the store but those that worked there and it was 5 of them. They wouldn’t even acknowledge us so I left and we went somewhere else

The Northwestern/12 Mile Baskin and Robin's in Southfield is the worst run location of all. They are constantly out of popular flavors, they do not answer their telephone.

This place is unpredictable with the service. One day you can be in and out the next time you’re waiting forever! The last time I went in her handed me my drink in a busted cup not offering to remake it! Bad quality over all.

Very small amount ice cream in 2 scoop sundae. Asked for a cherry on top and received a strawberry. Barely any carmel topping when requested. Will not return.

Came inside for a doughnut before work and almost left because I stood there for almost ten min being ignored because staff is only focused on drive threw and to top it off my apple fritter was cold like it came out of the fridgerator instead of the oven.Usualy doughnuts are fresh at 6am but not this place. Better off going to Speedway.
Worst Baskin-Robbins that I have ever patronized. I ordered my son's birthday cake that he specifically wanted, days ahead of the order pick up (enough time). As I was headed out to pick the cake up, I get a call from this location saying they can't fill the order..no exact reason. I am left scrambling to find a cake close to what my son wanted ON his birthday. I was told my refund would come a couple days AFTER the order was to be picked up..it is now almost a month later and I still have NOT received my refund. Called the location, no luck -no one picks up. Called Corporate, was supposed to receive a call from the franchise within 48hrs of that conversation..call never received, money NEVER refunded.

Horrible, delivery was wrong and when i called, the lady was not willing to help. I have reported them to my bank. Why should I pay $7 for delivery for an order that was missing $8 of goods?
