The food was good, and the bread was fresh

Had an issue with my order and the owner/manager was very rude and did not care for my situation whatsoever. Wasted not only my money but my time due to the fact I had to keep repeating myself to get message across. If you do here do not expect anything but the bottom of the barrel quality.

I had the pleasure of stopping by to enjoy my favorite grinder shop Bellacino's. I hadn't had a grinder in about a year because I enjoy the Southfield location the best and I'm not usually in the area. However, I was greeted by Angela who was so warm and welcoming. I ordered the Italian grinder and customized it to my liking, and Angela recommended the Cajun fries. My meal was EXCELLENT!! I enjoyed every bite, and I could tell my order was made with love. Although I have never personally met the owner, his staff speaks very highly of him, and I am glad I was able to support this business. I will return often now that I'm working in the area!! Bellacino's will be my new go-to spot for lunch. I plan to try a few new menu items in the future. Thank you again Angela for great service.

Very nice

This place is much bigger than the Clinton Township location. This is full-blown restaurant size. A fourteen tables, high- and low-top in a wide-open space. Very nice. A couple TVs. Clean and well-organized, too. I could see coming here with a crowd of folks for pizza, et al.
The food is great, of course. Service was as well.
I hope the shopping center management is planning to repave the lot soon. It has to be extremely difficult for anyone using a wheelchair.

There were hardly any ingredients on the Italian grinder but plenty of ham no mushrooms or veggies at all. I’m starting to question restaurants ability to service customers after a drought. I won’t be back here.

Great food and great people. Every time I come in I’m greeted with a nice smile. Food is even better, ordered my go to pizza and it taste great every time. I come here at least once a week as a nice treat for myself after a long week. Would recommend for any occasion.

No dressing on dry sandwiches. Limited help. 20 year customer, appears to be declining in preparation. Online order still waited. No cars in parking lot?

I bought a small steak a cheese it was dry and tasteless …and I was disappointed . Since I haven’t been there in 5 years . And construction . Is bad . So be Where?. I see why There’s no business.

They allow the bridge card at this location. But when I went to use my card and I couldn't swipe it, because the strip was messed up. The lady lied and told me they don't enter the numbers manually, then walked away. The father of my child started typing in the numbers to the card manually. After trying several times to swipe the card. The lady attitude wasn't pleasant and she wasn't helpful.

If this places closes at 9 why were we turned around at 8.30 with an attitude ? I love the food I just thought it was rude .

Sorry about the attitude mam, I’ve already talked to the employees about this last night. Unfortunately, it’s hard to expect workers to go non-stop from 8am to 9pm especially towards the end when everyone wants to order last minute. We are limited in staff and working many hours overtime so I hope you will forgive us. I’m sad that you love our food so much but only decided to leave a bad review during these tough times when we did something out of the norm.

I ordered a Brazen chicken grinder with fries and a drink and the Cinnamon sticks. It was all delicious.
