I used to get a smoothie every morning religiously until they randomly stopped carrying vanilla whey. So disappointed.

I came in to enjoy a fresh raw juice (yum) and when I approached the counter the individual was ready to take my order. Abruptly, she diverted her attention to her coworker as I was beginning to place my order. She never stopped to say one moment or anything. I stood there as she walked away. How much ruder do you have to be to a guest. As she took a few steps I asked is someone going to take my order. She said I needed to help her. Honestly, I understand the various demands that are placed upon workers, but a simple I will be with you in a moment woukd have solved the blantant disregard of me wanting to enjoy a fresh raw juice. The kicker of this horrible experience was she walked back to the register with a let me tell you something story. Why couldn't she tell the assumed quailfied coworker hold on a second let me take this order or at least state to me hold on one second. I really don't like coming to this locatiom, but it's close to home.

Loyalty just doesn’t matter in Southfield. Excited to redeem 200 points for a Salad, but the eggs went bad in a couple days while in the refrigerator. I didn’t think to call Beyond Juice immediately, but took a picture. Went back to Beyond Juice the 4th day, when I had the some time, to be told it was my fault and that I did something wrong!

They have one pace....SLOW. They're attitude is 'we'll get to it when we get to it'. Frustrated that I continuing to come back, but it's the raw juice that keeps me coming back - not the grumpy, slow service. Leaving here annoyed. Again.

The worst Beyond… no sense of urgency or enthusiasm.. smoothies are great if they’re made correctly and in a timely matter but everyone seems to hate their job.

Too many unaware young people working there. She using the same gloves to make your food and drink that she wearing when she touching her phone, and taking your money.

Placed an online order today. Arrived at the store 15 minutes later, waited for another 10 and then asked the girls the status of it. They asked how I placed the order and I told them online. They said "Oh, our printer isn't printing the online orders." Well, that's great for you but why would you think I knew that. Literally had not even occurred to them. No apology, just a blank stare. I asked for a refund which took another 5 minutes to figure out. Next time your printer isn't working, let the customer know when they walk in - Don't wait for the customer to try to figure that out. I wonder how long I would have had to stand there for one of the 3 working to actually say something! Terrible customer service.

Ordered online 30 minutes in advance for them to not have my smoothie even started, then I sat in there and waited 10 minutes for them to not tell me it was ready and they just sat it on the pick up rack. Poor customer service, could’ve simply said “hey, your smoothie is ready sorry about the wait”.
