I came here, excited to try a new restaurant. The food was okay but I just could not stomach the loaded potato salad. I went up to a manager (Linda I believe) and asked if I could switch it out for a Mac and cheese. She was very rude about it. Instead of making a scene there I decided to leave and just call to tell her that her customer service was not great and that I'm actually in the restaurant industry and I would NEVER, EVER treat a customer like that. She said she didn't care who I was and hung up on me. Yes, the potato salad was wasted but now you have a customer who will never come back and will definitely tell other people not to come (causing you to lose more business in the long run). As a manager you should know to never treat a customer in such a disrespectful way. I didn't come in to simply waste food. I came in to eat something delicious. I sat at my table debating if I should even ask but I decided that if I'm going to pay 18.00 I should just ask to switch it out. And to be honest...I would have been completely satisfied with a friendly “I'm sorry, we can't switch that out for youâ€. But hey Linda, what you give out will just come back to you. Have a good day.

Great BBQ. I did catering through them. Good prices. Great food. The manager delivered everything that was needed and set up at my home. Will think of them next time for a party.

I had the ribs, tender and flavorful, absolutely wonderful. My daughter had the pulled pork sandwich she loved it, I tried a bite and I totally agreed with her. One of the sides we had were the baked beans, they were great. The staff very friendly, kind and helpful. This is the second time I have visited here both times fabulous.

I can't get enough of this place and these smoky, delicious ribs! I'm "running back" for some more Billy Sims! My jam is the halfback meal with baked beans and green beans. Try them out!

Yummy BBQ and good customer service. We were asked if we needed anything. When we had a problem, they fixed it right away. It's a bit more expensive than my budget prefers, so sadly it's a rare option, but definitely tasty.

I went for lunch and then I order the MVP pack and took it to my mom and dad's house for mother's Day. My mom didn't have to cook and everybody loves the food it was very good. Some of us can't do too much sugar but the sauces are really good so we still had a little bit.
I was really impressed with the service and the food. Very unique flavors. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

These guys have the best customer service I have come across in a long time. The food is great. The service is top notch. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for some tasty barbecue. Their Hospitality was Splendid!!! The staff kept coming over to the table to see if everything was okay or if anything was needed. I would like to see the place of business turned into more of a Waitress/Waiter Service style Restaurant, since it is representing the all time great Billy Sims!!! Right-now it has more of a seat yourself, Coney Island feel.
