This is my second time at this location! I was greeted by Jayla who was very pleasant. When I picked up my order the young lady, Jam, offered me a paper tray which was nice to eat my food on while dining in, and the restaurant was very clean which gets ten stars for me. I would of liked a hook in the restroom to hang up my purse while I used the restroom. Otherwise a beautiful experience. I will be back to this location in Southfield on Northwestern Highway.

I always make a point to get shawarma when Iām back in SE Michigan, and Bucharest is in my top 5. Staff is always attentive and quick with the orders. Wraps are always well put together and delicious! My tip: ask for extra pickles on your wraps.

I ordered food and ate one slice of pita. When I went to eat the second slice, it was completely covered in mold. I had already eaten part of it. I called the restaurant and the girl who answered was rude and dismissive, saying, āOkay, what do you want to do, come get new bread?ā
I then spoke with the manager, who said, āNot saying youāre lying, but we change the bread daily,ā which felt very defensive instead of concerned. He offered a $2 refund and asked for my card number over the phone. There was no empathy, no apology, and no real attempt to make the situation right. Very disappointing customer service, especially given the health concern. this happened 12/29/25

Donāt order the quesadilla itās bland prison food. They canāt put actual raw cut onions and tomatoes on the quesadilla instead of peppers either which is crazy.. They can just take it off the dang menu and the sliders are a waste of money.

One of my favorite places for this type of food! These guys hands down is what I recommend, I ordered this salad for me and a sharwarma for someone else so I didnāt get a picture of that.

Food here is fantastic!!! Prices are very reasonable. Good salads, shwarmas, and the curly fries are good even a day old (highestest praise a french fry can receive).I recommend ordering ahead as there's usually a wait.
Food is always on point. However the place smelled more like a dispensary than a restaurant. The person behind the counter didnāt seem like she wanted to be there and was not at all welcoming. Iāll spend my money somewhere else. I would describe the experience as off putting. This was my first time at the NorthWest location and Iām pretty sure Iāll go across the street to the other joint that serves its food warm.
