TERRIBLE SERVICE ! Came here December 5 & 6. On the 5th, the drive thru line was long and they weren't taking orders. On the 6th. Two rude ladies were working with the most terrible attitudes.
Cant even rate the food. I left after the guy at the drive thru rudely took my order. Find a new job if you can't be polite with people

The food and service here is beyond abysmal, but can't go lower than 1 star. If you go through the drive thru, be prepared as they only serve one car every 5-10 minutes. The fries I got, half were cooked, half were frozen; the lettuce on the sandwich they gave me was turning brown and black. How the health department or Burger King themselves haven't shut this restaurant down will forever be a mystery

I went for the new spongebob meal that they have going on.The cheesy bacon tots were cold and disgusting.The sandwich was not made to order. About the only thing good in the whole meal was the premade pie that I did not get a fork or a spoon for and the coke

The manager and cashier that worked nov 30th at 2pm are rude . The cashier had an attuide with every meal we ordered. When I asked for the manager she had a worse attuide and told me to Google it once I asked for the store number to report.

Inside at 10:25 a.m. five employees seen working. I was approached and told that the credit card reader was not working and she would have to ring me up at another area. I was paying cash. While waiting I overheard the guy cooking saying abruptly that he was at #26 and he would not be making anymore breakfast sandwiches for the Drive-thru. A female bringing bags to the front said it's now 10:30 no more breakfasts it's lunch time with a attitude in her voice. This was awful since I was there prior to their cutoff and several other employees knew it. Last time for me at that location!!!

Do not come to this Burger King if you don’t want to be spoken to with a nasty attitude and treated with impatience. The general manager seems to condone this behavior and actively participates as well. Very disgusting attitudes will never be returning.

They forgot my zesty sauce, the cheesy tots were cold and hard and my chicken sandwich was not fresh. Cold and very crunchy. Very disappointing. They also didn’t give me a receipt so I cannot use the online customer service.

Took 30min to get my food while the worker bitched at each other
The worker at the window had me back my car up (at first I thought to get a receipt at the first window, which looked abandoned), and she had me stop and wait right before the second window. After a few minutes, a car pulled behind me, so I moved back up to the window. The worker was immediately annoyed that I pulled back up and insisted I back up behind the window again to continue waiting. I said I didn't mind waiting but didn't see why it mattered where I wait, and she went on a whole nasty spiel about a timer running and how the food wasn't even ready yet, and people shouldn't order if they don't want to wait. *DO NOT TRUST FOOD MADE HERE*

The store was dirty and the grease need to be changed no one spoke when I walked it 25 for my order something have change and no one had on hats or hair nets the employee pulled a car up and took the food to the wrong car

The duo is listed 2 for $5, she told me it was $7 something. I told her I was getting the Duo. She goes “Oh, you have to say that!” And mumbled the new price. It’s listed on the screen. On top of this, they took incredibly long! Believe the bad reviews!
