Corporate needs to get involved. There are 3 people working and after 20 min no orders have gone out. There are at least 10 partially filled bags on the shelf and food everywhere! People are leaving without their food. The history is an absolute mess!

I did not even get to finish ordering. I was at the speaker and the lady taking my order was so impatient and so rude I just drove off. I won't return. There are a lot of people who need jobs. I used to manage restaurants. Replace her. Do Better.

This location is better than the typical Burger King that you might visit. Although it was fairly busy at the time of my visit, their drive-thru process was quick and the food was delivered to me hot.
The staff was very friendly and more engaging than you typically receive in a standard drive-thru situation.
This is not my normal Burger King but I do pass it often on my way home from work, this was my first time stopping in and I'll be sure to swing through again in the future instead of waiting to get to my local Burger King.

Today I had to spend 15 minutes of my half hour break waiting for my food, the gentleman in front of me had been waiting over 20 minutes there was only one other person in the lobby. Unfortunately this is one of the only Burger King's around in my work area. The service is painfully slow on most occasions. The lobby by the soda machine looks like toddlers we're playing around splashing each other with soda no lids a handful of straws just laying on the counter. Usually some sort of bickering going on with the staff while you're standing there waiting for your food. It has been this way for quite some time, definitely time for a change of management.

First to start off every time I come here the food is always either wrong cold or old and I have to ask for a replacement. I always order a whopper with cheese, no onion, extra ketchup, and they always add extra onion no ketchup.
Second, the new manager is the most disrespectful and rude human being. I have ever crossed. Along with every last one of her staff.
I’ve been coming here for years, but ever since this new manager got in place I no longer will be coming to this Burger King anymore. They will not have my business. Don’t know why they aren’t shut down yet with how uncleanly they are. Don’t eat here take your money down the street to McDonald’s.

The manager is very rude, employees as well. Take pride in your work or find another place to work.
