By far the me BEST CAPTAIN JAYS ever , they haven’t missed yet. I drive all the way from Novi to that exact location whenever I want chicken. The lady in the kitchen is so pleasant every time I see her. keep up the good work

The taste is delicious, but they only mention that the chicken is halal. It would be better if they also displayed a physical halal certification for assurance.

Door says 11pm, open sign is on. Placed an order online only for them to accept it and then lock the door on me. Thanks

Great take out order for a large party. Very accommodating and freshly made. Food was still steaming hot after we brought it the party, and still had that crunch. The lady on the phone assured me they can handle larger party orders, and the manager made sure everything was beyond our expectations. Above that, everyone at the party had great things to say about the food, which is what you always want at a party! We will def be placing an order for our next event, as will a few others from our party.

Employees are so rude!! I was doing a Doordash for someone and picked up their order. Their order included a drink which the employees didn’t give to me, so I politely said, “oh, it says there’s a drink included too,” and they gave me an empty cup and told me to have a good night.

I don’t know why this happened when I was polite and just trying to do my job, but I guess the employees here can’t understand that.

I came in around 2:30pm today. The place was clean. The food was fresh, affordable and tasty. My expectations were managed perfectly: I was told 15-20 minutes and food was ready in 10. The cashier was very kind, and the cook (Titus) prepared our food perfectly and was very humble and grateful when I called to thank him. Can't ask for anything more. Great food, great people. Well done, crew!

This is one of the worse Captain Jays. You gamble with all of these franchises to see what's the best and this one is low on the totem pole. The 20 piece leg and thighs
here are smaller than Emmanuel Lewis "Webster" and are seasoned as if Ray Charles prepared the meal. Customer service is questionable so if you champion ghetto sassy rebuttle then I suppose this is your mecca. I wouldn't recommend this location unless you're a sado masochist

This place has gone downnnnn this past year …the food is now terrible and they keep messing up my order. I ordered a pan
of chicken my people complained of pink chicken …our chicken was PINK and undone ..I just went back if there today and orders fish and it’s so nasty I can’t finish it. …I had to go back up there after making it home because they forgot a part of my meal . I think I’m done with Captin jays I’ll go Jay jays ..

Gayle (sp) was absolutely Wonderful! The conversation and hospitality was Phenomenal! The gentleman that prepared my wings was great also! The food was tasty and good! I WILL return to this location . Thank you Captain Jay's for hiring top shelf employees ♥️
