I love the fried chicken so I tried the fish sandwich. It was a no! Taste like Gorton's frozen fish and cost a lot more. $5.99.
We've been going to Cap'n Jay's for years. Twenty whole wings are now thirty bucks! What the...? That is now too rich for our blood(wallet). We will have to find another wing joint. It's too bad prices go up on stuff. At some point businesses will close.
Food is good and hot. No notes.

I just left Captain Jay’s and had the best customer service experience With ABREA The service that she provided me and others in the line was exceptional!
ABREA was polite, softspoken, and attentive making sure that each customer in that line had exactly what they ordered. I’ve never seen ABREA before today, but if she goes, I go!!
Let me add that I’ve never had a bad experience at this location all The cashiers are great, but She’s a breath of fresh air. She set the bar high!!!
ty is such a great store manager, if theres ever a problem he handles it in his best manner with no problems. the employees are great they do they're best to try and meet our needs, no nasty attitudes, just great vibes all around.
You catch it they cook it is the freshest way to eat fish and they didn't disappoint. Their side dishes were great as well. Nice and friendly workers too! Would definitely recommend
Fish wasn't all that great and the service was slow and it was expensive for everything.
I come here regularly and the service is always kind and quick. The food is always delicious as well, and the lemon pepper seasoning goes well with everything.
First time customer and I’m satisfied. I came In tonight 15 minutes before closing and the customer service was semi good..I could feel they were slightly annoyed but it’s ok I get it so I apologize lol I didn’t want lefty’s when I seen y’all but despite that my food was Great! Fresh fries and okra , Asian Sweet or Spicy Asian sauce was fabulous on my wing dings. Worth it

giant tenders that were cooked perfectly.
Fish wasn’t done and flavorless. I had to pop them in the toaster oven and still got the bubble guts. I needed more tarter sauce tf lol
The food was nasty and cold If I didn't stay in Novi, I would have turned around and brought it back!!!!
This fish all breading it was disappinting
I got no lemon pepper on my food. Why would I want capt jays without the lemon pepper? I ordered online and there is no way to tell them to make sure I had lemon pepper.
