Always friendly fast service. Order was correct and everything I needed was in the bag

The chicken tenders had a weird taste to them, and the fries tasted frost bitten. I asked for lemon pepper on the side but it was put on the food anyway and it was a lot.

Always get chicken wings. Always hit & fresh

Ordered tenders and potato salad. Tenders were burnt and they gave me coleslaw. I walked to this location and was home before I opened my meal. Huge mistake.

It's fast food slow.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I called at least five times to place an order to try to alleviate time. No one answered the phone once I walked into the restaurant employees did not greet anyone walking in the door. They look like they had attitudes and did not want to be at work. There was a customer who was waiting for a while, and their order was literally behind the clerks. It was to the point where I didn’t even want to give my money unfortunately this is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this place. I hoped to give them another chance thinking that somebody in ownership would care about these Issues , but my surprise no effort has been made a little unfortunate that these corporations want to take our money but do not care about serving us properly put people in place that are the head of your business and they care about your customers which leads me to believe that you’re only Concern is about profit and that worries me and makes me wonder who is the actual owner of this establishment. If we were in a predominantly Caucasian neighborhood this would not be the case. I’ve been to captain Jay’s in different areas and have been serviced completely different.

Your food is Not always freshly cooked. I ordered
some fried chicken with no lemon pepper. I got chicken that look like it was reheated and dry with lemon pepper. The inside of a place really needs a good makeover it don't seem tidy.

Well, I had a really great experience at Captain Jay's Fish and Chicken!

I will say this on the front end service can be slow and sometimes the workers can be a little unorganized.

But, overall the customer service was stellar! The restaurant was clean and the food was Great! I can't say this about all the Captain Jay's Fish & Chicken locations, but this location on 8 mile Rd. really met my standards as a picky customer!

My recent experience was good. I called and placed my order. When I arrived I didn't wait long to pick my order up.

THIS PLACE ALLOWS THEY'RE EMPLOYEES TO WALK BACK INTO THE KITCHEN WITH DIRTY BOOK BAGS ON THEIR BACKS.... GO IN AND OUTSIDE TO THE BACK OF THE BUILDING AND COME BACK THRU TO THE KITCHEN.... THIS EMPLOYEE WAS OFF THE CLOCK AND HE WAS STILL WALKING AROUND THE OUTSIDE PREMISES AND WEARING A NASTY DIRTY BOOK BAG GOING IN AND OUT OF THE KITCHEN AT HIS WILL!!!!!!!

WHAT KIND OF FOOD ENTANGLEMENT ALLOWS SUCH BEHAVIOR!?!?!

I'LL TELL YA'.... ONE THAT IS GOING TO BE PLACED WITH THE HEALTH DEPT & FOOD & SAFETY!!!

PLUS THE FIRING OF SAID EMPLOYEES!
