This place has really gone downhill. Order a burger well done. Got a pretty much raw burger. Ordered salad no dressing not good at all. Not to mention going in and feeling like I was bothering the you g man behind the counter.

Placed a $65 order for dinner for our family. Wanted to have it delivered, which it states that it’s available online, even on their sign logo, it states delivery. However I was informed the Southfield location does not offer that service. Picked up our large order, to find a missing drink, and an incorrect sandwich. I had ordered a hot corn beef sandwich, what I received was a cold turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato and mayo. There is not only a price difference, but when I called to attempt to correct this issue. I was told by Caden that there was nothing he could do, because they were closing. There was no manager on duty, he or she had already gone home for the night. Caden took my name and said I could come back the next day for a free sandwich, the one I had originally ordered. Went back today, asked for a manager, and was told the manager was on the phone. Waited for 20 minutes.. No one was aware of my name, my circumstance, and the manager never came out or got from the phone. This established has officially lost my business. There are plenty of other options, that actually do deliver, and serve food that was ordered and paid for.

I’m working in the area and Central Park Deli seemed like a good place to check out. The restaurant was nice and clean, staff was friendly. Food was a little expensive, compared to how much I usually spend on lunch, but delicious. I’ll be back next time I’m in the area.
