My first review ever, so thats to show how rude the cashier ANTHONY was today (3/24/25 at 2:38pm) register 56! when I drove up he didn't even acknowledge me so I started my order & he cut me off to get name when he Should've started with that & a greeting! Then once I gave my payment he gave me my receipt and didn't say Thank you or at least you're all set so I know I'm good to drive off. He just looked straight ahead for the next car! Was very dismissive and rude! Needs more training clearly!

Didn’t get all my food, the order in the receipt was accurate but didn’t match what was in the bag. We were missing 6 tenders and then the entire household got sick after we ate. Pretty sure they gave us food poisoning.

Great food! Love chick-Fil-A!! Make sure you check your bag BEFORE leaving the window that you have everything you ordered. Had to wait in line twice (inside was closed) to get the rest of my order that I didn’t get the first time through.

Don't waste your time with Chick-fil-A Southfield. They are the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to and I've lived in multiple/visited them in different states. They mess up my order 1/2 the time I go. You can't reach anyone by phone to even complain about it. Just a waste of money and time. The staff is nice enough but I'm tired of being inconvenienced by their mistakes. Here's a picture of the sausage biscuit that I was given... No sausage, no biscuit. I was given chicken with egg, cheese on a burnt English muffin.

I stop at chick fil a on my way to work got to work start eating my 10 count mini n the way the food was prepared is a mess the bread is hard the bread is tour up it the they just throw it together
Lacking Quality Control. They give the wrong nuggets (ask for grilled, you get fried). No sauces in the bag after asking for it twice. Met with attitude when bringing it up to management. Very disappointing.

Don't go to this location they charge for everything. I order a salad all the time at the livonia and novi location and they give you two salad dressing this location charges $1.06 for an extra one. They take too long to get your order inside. Save yourself and go to livonia location

Found beans in my chicken sandwich. It had pickles when I asked for none. No sauces offered. Customer service to attend to these issues were terrible. Never come here. Won’t be soon till Corporate closes them down
