A bit disappointed with this Chick-fi-li. Stopped here in the morning for breakfast, none of the people working seemed happy, we were not greeted at all. No one was rude, but no one seemed to go over and beyond what I normally experience/have experienced in Chick-fi-li’s. It was also obvious the trashcan weren’t emptied the night before and the whole restaurant just didn’t have that clean filling. There was a sticky fill in front of one of the trash cans. The bathroom was okay, but again nothing above and beyond to ensure cleanliness. I walked past one of the workers on the way to the bathroom and smiled at her, all I got back was an annoyed expression, like I personally insulted her. We waited for about 10 minutes in an empty restaurant, said thank you twice to the person who brought our food, but again nothing. Probably one of the most depressing Chick-fi-lis I have ever eaten in, and I have eaten in quite a few. Overall, a disappointing experience based on the staff working there.

The fact that there isn't a mobile only line like the Northville location makes me not come back to this location. If they get that then maybe I'll recommend this location

This is not the model of a Chick-Fil-A from the south. Many of the workers are not professional, they don't apologize for the wait or even seem to care that there is a wait. Also, unfortunately, I had a hair in my food.

I've been eating Chick-fil-A for years. My first time was in Chicago. I was happy they finally located in MI. This location is better. They are always crowded, but very organized.
OMG, I had the Pleasure of meeting Josh on 11/20/25 Morning. Josh Greeted me when I walked in Gave him my order and he asked me what type of cheese I've NEVER been asked before then he said do you want to upgrade your order Never been asked before. He was Nice with a Smile for it to be Morning. Josh gets Two Thumbs👍🏽👍🏽
