Their chicken tenders are supreme - try them BBQ grilled. It's even better than the original.
I'm quite glad they have so many locations. I've probably been to eight or more..

We used to go to the original Chicken Shack on Ryan in Warren, but since we moved to Howell 25 years ago, it was a rarity for us. Finding this location has been great.

Mr. Alger Boone, III and his team provide excellent service every time. I have gone in the morning at opening, during the day and in the evening and in over three years, have NEVER had a bad experience. The restaurant is always immaculate and the team works well together. The food is always hot, perfect and I look forward to eating when I get home, although I have never been able to wait! I always eat some in the car. Thank you Mr. Alger Boone! Your extra effort and attention to detail from you and every member of your morning, afternoon and night team is much appreciated!

Bummer. Girl working the counter was not very friendly. She is also working while talking on the phone through airpods. Actually taking orders mid phone call. Also, the potatoes here are actually not the same as the other locations I've been too. Just not as good all around. I would recommend the 11mile&Campbell location

Last time I'm giving this location a chance. Called them to tell them that the flounder was burnt, taste like grease, and was too hard to eat. They requested I bring it back, I told them that I couldn't, not on that side of town anymore they said bring it back tomorrow. Opted to just not go back ever!!!

This used to be my go-to spot. I moved away and would travel the distance just to get my food from here. This establishment has become so ghetto and unprofessional, especially the girl with pink hair. The past few times I've come in here, she has been loud obnoxious and arguing with staff in front of the customers, which is totally unprofessional. I will find another location to go to. This is ridiculous!
