Service was decent BUT the girl cooking had noo hair net on and I had two pieces of hair in my food!! I ordered the bbq chicken wings and potatoes Chicken had no bbq on them...potatoes had hair in it. Very disgusting. I couldn't even eat after that.

Not impressed. The fish was very small and seemed like boxed frozen fish sticks from the freezer section of the super market, the chicken was dry, but ok.....Everything lacked real flavor. The BBQ sauce was different, not bad but had to buy the sauce to dip the chicken in and the price was so high....it should have come with a sauce. The "english" cod didnt have any malt vinegar (said they didn't have any) , didn't offer any ketchup, but did get tarter sauce. Over all.....the potatoes were the best part, but it was because of all the 100% real fake imitation butter sauce they use to doctor them up. Considering the cost, value, quality and quantity......I wouldn't recommend them.

First time here. I let them know this. No greeting. I had to ask him "can you help me?"It took 30 minutes for a two piece leg and wing and fries and roll for $12+ bucks.I asked can I have some hot sauce and he said "we don't have any". Thus place barely had anyone in the restaurant either.The cookw were doing more talking than cooking.

Horrible. Don't go. This place is trash. I should've read the reviews before coming here last week. Curly hair kid at the register constantly touching his hair. Clown looking chick with weird pink hair was extremely rude to multiple customers and constantly running to the back to go on her phone. Even if you order ahead of time you'll be waiting. Go to their other location on Woodward!!

98% of the staff were polite and courteous, however, there was one individual in particular that was rude and extremely unprofessional. This individual was loud and speaking to their coworkers very unprofessional and had to be excused from behind the counter. I believe it was the manager who apologized to the customers for that person's behavior. My order took 30+ minutes to be completed, however there were four people ahead of me who hadn't received their food yet and a HUGE catering order was being made as well. I would never return to this location thanks to the #ghettoredbonnetgirl
