I paid for those chips which should come with the bowl just to get all the way home and not have any chips then I try to call them and no one answers the phone.

Employees were great, along with the cleanliness of the establishment. However, the food is not even comparable to places like Qdoba or Moe’s. No flavor whatsoever, overpriced and overrated. Nothing to do with the employees.

The place was a bit dirty for being there after the lunch rush. Also the staff seemed less than interested in the customer experience. I'm hoping I just came at the wrong time.

Could only do online orders. Then they didn’t have all the topping available. Food was cold and didn’t taste fresh at all.

Horrible service! They should fire all the people service at the counters. Its so bad. No food ready every and the workers look like they're being forced to work there. Never eating there again. EVER.

Do not spend your hard earned money here, this place needs to be shut down. Poorly managed and I was charged $50 total for my order but when I added the prices of items off of my receipt it only added up to $35. I got my money back but that was a suspicious situation and I’ll be checking further on this.

Actually put a good amount of meat in the bowls. Most places don't give you enough.

The young idiot of a lady (who probably barely attained a GED or high school diploma) put toppings I never asked for on my bowl, then proceeded to dig in my bowl to get the same toppings off. She left toppings in my bowl after digging them out. I had no energy to argue. It’s sad. Just another statistic living up to the stereotype. I now understand why the incidence that took place back in April of 2024.

My chicken was burnt and as the guy added it to my bowl I asked was it burnt and he stated that it didn’t taste burnt I get home the meat is so burnt to where I can’t even finish eating it !!!!

If there was a way I could give negative stars I would. They don’t deserve a star, they shouldn’t even be allowed to look at stars at night. This Chipotle is beyond abysmal.

It was a cold Michigan Thursday and my daughter told her dad, “I want Chipotle “. He takes us to this Chipotle, I’ll refer to it as hell from this point on for easier reference. So we walk in and since my daughter and myself are not from Michigan, we were taken aback with what we initially encountered.

The dining area was rather dirty and there was a line, that was rather long. So maybe this location is good right?? Wrong. We finally get to the front and I can see why they’re so backed up. They’re slow, barely working, not following flow systems and just basically the epitome of everything people say about the younger generation.

We push on and I look and it looks like they’ve just been flinging the corn salsa and rice into burritos and bowls blindfolded. Just all over the place behind the glass. They were out of fajita veggies and didn’t seem to care. No fresh guacamole and despite paying for guac like I always do, she plopped a little of the barely existent guac on my bowl so lazily that it slid to the side.

Get home and it was worse than i described. Cilantro lime rice tasted like all lime, guacamole tasted old, the chicken was burnt and to add a cherry on top, my ex husband ate half of his burrito and vomited profusely, missing work.

Most people take home t-shirts or pics for memories of trips, we’re returning with the memory of the worst Chipotle experience we’ve ever encountered.
You need to fire every last person in there from management down to be honest. Probably whoever responds to these comments should be fired too.
If you think I’m exaggerating, go there yourself. I promise you it sucks big time.

Kid-friendliness: If you hate your children, take them here. Are they cutting up? Getting bad grades? This is the spot.

The most incompetent employees. Service is terrible! The girl at the counter aways ugly and mad! They never have the supplies or food they are supposed to be serving. This location should just be shut down or find some employees who actually want to work!

Customer support is also horrible. Had to chat and call multiple times to get refund.
