The restaurant is dirty, the girls who work here have terrible attitudes and have no clue what they are doing. Train your employees to know the job, products and how to use the app. Teach them how to clean during down time. Teach them how to be competent employees.

At this point. This location needs to be shutdown or restaffed! States there open till 11 but multiple times I walked in before 10pm and no food, breaking down, things everywhere, and staff including manager don’t care.How do you expect us to pay so expensive when all around lack of everything. I’m never eating at this place location again!!!

2/4/25 at 2PM, no one in line ordering food but me. Staff not friendly at all. Person who made my food did not want to get fresh brisket or make fresh brisket, so she went in the back to grab it from the online order station. There was barely anything left in pan at the front. Asked for chips, barely any in the bag.

Oh my peach I have never seen service this bad at chipotle pardon my language poopy guac 2. 50 a cup and the guac was black. I ordered a soda and they have no lids what service is that. Chips made me run out the door so salty looked like a piece of the Himalayas. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♀️🤦

I went here on my lunch break, roughly about 11:30 am young lady working the front was NOT friendly or inviting. She was short with me when taking my order. Aggressively scooping food from the pans into my bowl. I was the only cx in line at the time. We only spoke when taking my order. I wasn't on my phone be rude to her. But the level of service i received that late morning was low scale 1-10... -1

My first time I ordered the chicken bowl with brown rice. I specifically asked for queso on the side and she put it on any way. I thought whatever. I finished adding other toppings and asked can I now get the queso on the side. She talked to the manage I assumed, and told me I'd have to pay for 2 since I already got it in the bowl. I didn't feel like debating since I had just left church and in good spirits. I really should have told her to remake it but I thought that would be a waste of food so I took. Bad idea. I was unable to eat it because it was very hot (spicy). Maybe my fault for ordering the red sauce not realizing it would be hot. Next time, I'll know or may not. I probably won't be going back anyway.

One of the supervisors or managers was not having a good day. She dictated and never asked the others to help out do anything. She was visually not having a good day. The cashier stated she will never come back to day shift. I don't blame her.

I went Chipotle on Telegraph in Southfield approximately two weeks ago and was quite surprised of what I experience. The food counter was a complete mess. Brown rice in the white rice, they no grilled veggies, the beans were dry, lettuce mixed in cheese, no sour cream and the guac was dark, not fresh. The workers were talking to each and not paying attention to what the customer said they wanted, therefore, getting orders incorrect. I have pictures of the counter and food. Tried to post pictures can't find the area to post them.

Honestly, I cannot understand the draw of Chipotle except for those chips and often, not always, the guacamole. Tonight was for sure a "not always" on the guacamole. Quite frankly, the entire line of food display.

We were there at 8. The meat choices - empty or low. Same with lettuce, rice, salsa, the guacamole turning brown -- the whole gamut. Dirty environment. Staff checked out.

So upon leaving, I walked back to the front door to see what time they closed. Trying to find an excuse for this shocking experience. No luck. They closed at 10. Plenty of time left for guests to arrive. Plenty of time to cook up some freshness.

So I have to say, save your Chipotle craving and search out another spot. Frankly, let me know when you find it, I'll raise a chip as a cheers to you!

Just stopped at this location in Southfield. They are out of veggies, corn, tomatoes, guacamole and sour cream. And by out I mean they don’t have any and none on the way!!! It’s not the first time I’ve stopped there and they were out of items, seems to be a pattern with this location.
