I don’t know what’s worst.. the food or the service. The seafood mixed was overly salty and grainy. The only time we saw our server was when we were seated, taking our orders, dropping off half our food (forgot some of it) and dropping the bill off. She never came back around to check up on us but was super quick to grab the check lol. Usually we are good tippers but we received below minimum; not even minimum service.

Everything is good except they put holes in your container which let's out the heat and build up steam which is moisture/water that causes hot crispy food to become soggy and cold. If you don't open and eat right away you have wasted time and money because reheating only makes it harder not enjoyable at all. Other than that Everything is great.

I come here all the time. I placed an order yesterday and it was missing my eggs and my shrimp. This has never happened before but it really upset me when I called to get it fixed and was told they couldn’t help me. Service was poor. I was rushed off the phone and didn’t receive a refund for what I missed nor a replacement.

I was one of the first employees at this store when it first opened up. I come up here all the time and order a bag of sides of eggs, pot etc. I came in today to place a to-go order for sides and they told me I can’t because it’s not the “weekday”mind you i’ve ordered sides on the weekend before. And the place is empty..why does a day determine me ordering sides?! Especially when yall have no customers. just ridiculous

Ordered the tilapia basket for my grandma who doesn’t eat shellfish and the fish was salty and looked like they used old grease or cooked it too long. It’s the small things that make people not want to come back. It’s this is my second time getting a fried basket the first time about a year ago was the tenders and they were also horrible. They have this all sales are final once you leave which is not right if you are going to let items like this be served to your customers.

It’s dark and has a dank odor. The customer service is horrible (they’d rather talk to one another and be on their phones than engage thoughtfully with customers) and the food is subpar. The location on 12 Mile is so much better and has Hibachi and other options this one doesn’t.

The restaurant is very nice and clean. The service is less than mediocre. We were seated immediately. But, the waitress didn't tell us her name. I had to physically go get her to let her know that we were ready to order. She got my order wrong. Don't get the catfish!!! It's disgusting! The hush puppies and boils are tasty. The lunch prices are reasonable. The waitress never checked on us one time and took forever to bring the check.
I ordered a mild spice, the waitress tried and said it wasn't mild. They took my food and dumped it in a bag of fake butter... no thanks...I won't be back!
