The worst service and experience ever. Very understaffed, rushed, food was nasty and small portions barely no sauce and a high gratuity had to track down the waiter for water and basic essentials they need to be closed. TERRIBLE never ever again

Food and service are great! They dont cook the potatoes and eggs in the seafood boil but I usually cut them and dip it in the sauce when I get it so it works out. Best flavor for a seafood boil spot I've been to.

The shrimp, corn, potatoes and even the egg lacked flavor in the seafood boil. It didnt soak up any flavor from the juice and wasn't seasoned at all before being added in. The muscles was the only thing that had flavor in the boil. The hushpuppies were good. There was a language barrier from the waitress we had and I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. Others that ordered fish added hot sauce due to lack of flavor. The lemonade was not good and had to be replaced. The place is large for big parties. One of the bathroom stalls was out of order.

Worse customer service I went in and ordered my seafood boil bag they didn’t include my pound of crawfish I called In the lady kept over talking me I came back to get my food and was told “even if we mess up your food that you paid for if you don’t check your food after you leave it has nothing to do with us” like huh you know how stupid you sound make sure my food is right and we won’t have a problem but it’s cool hook n reel does it better

If you’re used to a different crazy crab location, please be aware that this crazy crab has a very limited menu. We usually go to the Southfield location for teriyaki shrimp and veggies and crab Rangoon, and this location has neither. By the time we realized this we had already ordered pops, so I owed them $6 and had to find somewhere else to eat since those are the only things my child with health issues can eat. They only have seafood boils and fried food.

I don’t know what’s worst.. the food or the service. The seafood mixed was overly salty and grainy. The only time we saw our server was when we were seated, taking our orders, dropping off half our food (forgot some of it) and dropping the bill off. She never came back around to check up on us but was super quick to grab the check lol. Usually we are good tippers but we received below minimum; not even minimum service.

Everything is good except they put holes in your container which let's out the heat and build up steam which is moisture/water that causes hot crispy food to become soggy and cold. If you don't open and eat right away you have wasted time and money because reheating only makes it harder not enjoyable at all. Other than that Everything is great.

I come here all the time. I placed an order yesterday and it was missing my eggs and my shrimp. This has never happened before but it really upset me when I called to get it fixed and was told they couldn’t help me. Service was poor. I was rushed off the phone and didn’t receive a refund for what I missed nor a replacement.
