The salad was very good but my wings were basically cold, no warmth at all including the garlic parm sauce. Very disappointing especially since I waited inside for my food. Very small portion of fries, yes I got the small but come on now that was like an extra small. I would've never thought the wings would be cold, definitely Wasn't made to order, more like sitting for a while then they just threw the room temp sauce on room temp chicken. The lady was very nice though.Vegetarian options: Fried cauliflower, fries, onion rings and some plant based itemsKid-friendliness: Just a couple tables, no alcohol, no music, friendly cashier. Normal quiet environment.

My coworkers and I got wings for another coworkers birthday lunch. Food was not hot, they forgot our ranch for dipping, and one person from our team ordered the vegan option for meat and wasn’t able to get it because they didn’t have it (even though you can still order it from their site/doordash), and they wouldn’t swap it out for a salad. Poor service, poor food; I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.Vegetarian options: Did not have the vegan options in stock for meat alternatives and refused to swap with a meatless salad.

Wings, seasoned tots and Mac and cheese were pretty good not the best but seasoned and cooked well I would buy again. However I also ordered and paid for carrots and celery the carrots were fine the celery was absolutely rank, soggy and not edible. They also forgot a ranch that I ordered but they did include extra sides of all the wing sauces free which was cool.

Dry cornbread, almost cut my gums on the chicken sandwich it was so over cooked. Didn’t have hardly any meat just breading. I’m not sure what was in the Brussels sprouts and blue cheese dish, looked more like wilted lettuce. Not sure if I caught a horrible day or if this is the norm. I threw it all in the trash.

Over priced wings. Average taste. Lots of sauces but nothing special. Spent $61 on 20 wings large Mac and two drinks. Chicken has no seasoning. Just fried and dipped in sauce. Carolina Gold sauce should be banned from menu. Disgusting. Mac and cheese no flavor. Cheese with noodles. I would not
5 star service indeed. Cashier was friendly and helpful. My first time visiting and was able to try the flavors before purchase. Although I'm not a fan of large wings, I prefer the wingettes size. But if you like big size flavorful wings DWC the way to go. And don't forget to get the onion rings with the sauce.

The Manager with the Blonde low haircut and the young lady that worked with her over the weekend gave Awesome service! They both were kind, polite and professional. I want to give a special thanks to the manager for explaining the different seasonings, most popular side dishes and special sauces. She did it with such joy and to top it off the food was delicious. Normally the food here is good but I ordered wings through DoorDash and they are absolutely horrible. Its obvious my wings were old. The were cold and the sauce on the wings was dried up. To add insult to injury it looked like someone took a spoon full of old Parmesan sauce and just dumped it on top of the wings. The sauce was just a huge thick cold clump sitting on top. It was gross. It's crazy that anyone thought it was ok to serve that to ppl.
