I used my 80 points to order a pizza and delivery. The wrong pizza was delivered all of my hard earned points down the drain. I called the store and was told I could redeem on my next order. I called the store 5 times “thank you for calling Dominoes…please hold”. After a combined hold time of 20 + minutes. I called again to be told the manager is the only person who could assist me and he is busy so you’re going to have to wait. On hold once again. 5 minutes later the line was disconnected.

I’m not sure what this was supposed to be, but calling it “pizza” feels generous. The cheese had the texture of melted plastic, and the pepperoni smelled so bad it made me second-guess my life choices. The wings looked like they’d been gently steamed instead of cooked — pale, soggy, and completely flavorless.
For a place built around pizza, Domino’s somehow managed to miss every basic mark: taste, texture, and even appearance. If this is fast food comfort, I’d rather stay hungry.

I love when Domino’s does the promotion for any pizza, any toppings for 9.99, it’s a great deal. However , i feel like the quality is slipping with such high demand for the special. The past 3 times I ordered my pizza has been underbaked , with sloppy presentation . The third time being today. My pizza was missing a requested topping “mushrooms “ and it was not baked well done as requested.

Pizza arrived mangled and looked like someone sat on the box. It's Domino's, so have realistic expectations, and then lower them slightly for this one. With their DoorDash price inflation, there are better and cheaper options out there.
