I tried to order food and I feel like I was discriminated against I could not understand what he was saying through the intercom and then decided not to service me because I did not understand what he was saying You know my thing is this higher who you will but if you're English is not clear and understandable especially through an intercom how do you expect somebody to be able to speak to you and to talk to you very disgusting very disgusting

this location was extremely rude to me and their own customers, i ordered around 8 am this morning and i was immidatluy greeted with an attitude with the lady at the drive thru , there was a african american lady helping her with the drinks and the drive thru lady was rudely telling her how to do everything but the girl was clearly already making the drinks..and then another girl proceed too take the drink and finish it without communing to the african american girl? the energy of the establishment felt very uncomfortable, will never come here again.

Best Dunkin around. Rarely have to wait long and I’ve only ever had 1 bad drink from here. They actually give you good portions of food compared to other locations that barely give you any bacon or sauce.

As usual, went there this morning and shock of shocks, they got my order wrong. I call to complain, it automatically hangs up on you. Thanks for terrible service, mediocre food and orders you get right 1/4 of the time.

He said we don’t have the star donut. So I said okay replace it with a glaze and a powder donut..

What the heck is the chocolate thing?

Where do I begin? I ordered the Chipotle hash brown sunrise wrap, a medium hazelnut latte, and a vanilla cream filled donut. I chose to go inside because the drive-thru line was wrapped all the way around the building at 11:00 a.m. And not only did it take 20 minutes for them to complete my order, but two other people came in 10 minutes after I did and they got their order's before I got mine. Two different customers also came in during this time because their orders were wrong. When I finally did get my order I realized why it is that I don't eat out at places like this very often! The donut literally had less than a tablespoon's worth of cream filling inside it. And that sunrise wrap was the saddest little thing I've ever seen. A child's portion, truly! The flavors were okay, but the wrap was chewy and not properly heated. My coffee required the addition of caramel flavored syrup, because apparently the hazelnut is sugar free and they do not offer a coffee condiment station for me to adjust it myself. I know the cost of goods is rising, but I would honestly rather pay more for a better product than pay less for trash!
