There are items that are sold out but you can still order them Without knowing it's sold out. So when you tell them you don't want to substitute and just get your money back they get upset and tell me that they can give you something else. So I got to repeat that I want my money back and insist on giving you something else. Plus short my order.

The service was quick, friendly, and the drink/snack were delicious. There was only one person serving, but she kept up and remained extremely courteous and was engaged with the people she served. The place was small, but incredibly clean and tidy. Keep up the great work :)

First time here at this location and service was great with the girl working there.. shebwas cleaning the front end when I walked in and greeted me with a smile and said hello and asked if I needed any help, there after an older gentleman entered and she as well greeted him and than asked if I was ok and needed help because the gentleman was trying to get in and out but she made sure I was helped first since I arrived before him but I let her know inwas ok he ordered a coffe to go and she saw I was still at the self service and she asked me if I needed her help because of her friendly and helpful service I decided to.ordered with HAZEL and she was patient with my order. HAZEL WAS GREAT AND HELPFUL.. iam a big dunkin fan and she .are my experience great so now I know if I'm in the area to come here and order with HAZEL. THANKS AGAIN HAZEL! STAY WONDERFUL 🌟 🍩

The $6 breakfast meal deal is a great value and very tasty.
Should've gone to Starbucks or mcdonald's. I ordered a latte and it took a while. I placed my order and waited till everyone who just came in and order food and drinks to be served before me. The latte didn't taste that good either, I had to add sugar. I never have to add sugar when I get it from Starbucks or mcdonald's. The servers weren't that good either, I came outside and everything is dirty ans smelly. I wanted to give this place another chance cus last time the iced coffee I ordered sucked too. I'm not coming here again.

The two people were there were very busy one left and the other one came back and finished his work and then the girl came back and they actually left each other alone for a while doing all the work there was a lot of people inside the line was long but we all stayed your breakfast meal is good it's not all soggy like in the microwave it's crispy croissant toasted.it was a bizy sunday
