I feel disgusted because today 12/11/2023 at 8:15 am I ordered a donut, and when I got home I opened the bag and immediately noticed a hair inside the bag. I know this hair came from inside Dunkin donuts because I folded my 2 paper bags, one bag had my chocolate with sprinkles donut and the other had 3 munchkins.

I placed my order at 9:36, with two employees only. Seem like they didn't know what to do. They had a bunch of pink ticket orders on the counter and were pacing around back and forth. When making the drinks they moved at a snail's pace. We asked regarding our order, they said the ticket never printed because the printing machine got jammed. Got our money back and left at 10:08 without coffee. If we would of never asked about our order, who knows how long we would of been waiting! Ridiculous, never coming back!

Ordered from their breakfast menu for the first time. Sausage Egg and Cheese sandwich and their breakfast wraps. First off, they didn't even send me the sausage sandwich through my order with uber eats and secondly, their food is absolutely awful. I am not over exaggerating but you can taste how processed their food is and it was just overly cooked in a microwave. Just stick to their donuts!

Service was terrible. I walked in and got ignored by their manager and 1 employee. The manager was on the phone. After several minutes i finally get acknowledged only to be told its CARD ONLY and i have to place my own order on a Kiosk. They really need to put up a sign if iT's CARD ONLY in order to not waste people's time!!

The worst customer service by Araceli, I spent all of my break time trying to order an ices Coffee and she never put my order in, when I asked her where my Coffee was she told me to go to the kiosk and place my order there. By this time my break was over so I had to leave without my coffee.

WORST DUNKIN EVER you are better off going to starbucks they would never put plastic in your drink . Manger put plastic in my drink discussing they need BETTER management. And to be retrained AGAIN

Will never return to this store. Mobile ordering is always off. They have a kiosk to place your order that takes too much time. Customer service sucks. I don't expect this store to stay in business the way it is being run.

They know what they're doing, have pretty good to fair (if they're busy) customer service, and they actually ALLOW PATRONS TO GET BAGS WITH HANDLES!!! [As opposed to the TERRIBLE Hawthorne / Rosecrans location!] The downside - they ONLY take cards [credit/debit - MAYBE EBT?? Not sure about the last one!], no drive-thru, and ONLY automated/ computer screen ordering system - which is OKAY but can take a minute if you are unsure about what you want/ have special requests/ can't figure out which category your item is under. Their parking lot is shared with a number of businesses so there are LOTS of spaces. With several 10-15? minute "quick spaces" and handicapped spaces right in the front - which it's VERY VEEEEERRRRYYYY CONVENIENT - especially because there's no drive-thru. If you have the time and a card, go to this location! DEFINITELY over the HAWTHORNE/ Rosecrans location!!
