I am a regular at this location. Most times I stop in the early AM. The gentleman who works the register is always nice, kind, and helpful but the woman he works with is a different story. She has such a terrible attitude. I've had at least three negative experiences with her. Her tone of voice and body language screams out "I hate it here". I'm sure that she's related to the owner because it's no reason why she is even allowed to serve customers with such a nasty disposition!

The employee that took my order was RUDE! I took back the hasbrowns (because they were burnt), and the man RUDELY told me that that's the Standard way! I told him that I didn't know, and he RUDELY told me I'm telling you for next time!!! And when the man handed me the fresh hasbrowns I said thank you and NO RESPONSE! Customer service was so bad that ANOTHER customer noticed!

I absolutely miss the former ladies from the Middle East. They were pleasant, if something wasn't right, they would make it right without a fuss. The current occupant(s) are not as pleasant, as a matter of fact, rather terse & unprofessional.

During the most recent experience there, a fellow customer and an employee helped translate my French into English. Thank you for your patience. Also, thank you for the amazing donuts and coffee!

Not a bad place. You will most definitely receive a doughnut within your hands in exchange of currency. But… not to be that guy, but I’ll be that guy. The atmosphere is the opposite of any calm doughnut shop in my life. Offensive and cold, about the same energy as a staring contest standoff. PVP zone of the mind. Also the doughnuts are the most hap-hazardly decorated doughnuts that I have ever seen. Each doughnut has depression, rushed without care by the maker much like God. But you will receive one and quite quickly. Maybe because there are no doughnuts in the display cases, and the worker has to retrieve them from the back like a drug deal. Why do I feel hated and sticky when I walk in? The worker likes throwing all depression doughnuts within one singular miniature micro bag for a single doughnut with grip that punctures the soft skin of said doughnuts. I don't know. Why is there a tip jar? For man handling my poor doughnut? Just don’t look in their eyes when you order, this is the sunken place.
