Don't bother placing a mobile order here. They don't begin prepping the order until you get there anyway, which is a shame because, like the rest of America, I too run on Dunkin.

By far worst dunkin donuts I have been too. The food is not good or proper ( they skimp out on glazing for donuts, ingredients on food items, often making smaller than normal portions). Workers are rude, dont speak clearly half the time, work very slow and get orders wrong way to often. I used to come here out of location convenience, for work maybe 2 or 3 times a week and at least one of those times the order would be wrong. This place needs major improvements to staff and performance efficiency. Before I forget. They always forget to put the right amount of syrup pumps in the energy drinks

DO NOT GO!!! I only make reviews when service is really good or really bad and this blew me out the park for how bad they are. This is my last time giving in to this being my closest Dunkin. The employees in there are TERRIBLE!! They make the food and coffee so bad EVERY SINGLE TIME with out fail. Please please please don't waste your money. Go to the Dunkin on telegraph instead I literally beg you! The photos I added are from my coffee that taste like dish water and has random floaties. I’m so disgusted with this place and when I went back to remake it she put my drink on the floor :( just unbelievable all around.

Came through this morning and the worker at the window told me they had replaced the vanilla sprinkle on my order with chocolate glazed(cool) I get home and find out of the 3 donuts I ordered (2 vanilla sprinkles 1 chocolate glazed) they gave me neither of those and just gave me double chocolate

Watch them, they will charge you for Ice. They are the only Dunkin’ Donuts that actually charges for ice.I went to get the free donut with the next purchase, on the next visit and they like canceled the receipt so nothing was registered on it. I also had a little issue and confrontation at checking out, I should have just left and went somewhere else. In my opinion, that trust is not there. Not a good look to be petty with the Customer. They are open very late, but it might not be worth it cause the person there maybe pocket the money not putting it in the register professionally the way you’re supposed to. At the same time, they’re the only Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. English is not too good. They have so many people coming through it, and they would care about the customer because of the quantity of people coming through.

I visited on a Thursday around 17:33 they did not have any donuts. I thought it was a joke. How does a restaurant named 'donut' run out of donuts several hours before closing???

I ordered the snacking bacon and the entire order was burnt. When I brought it back through the drive thru the manager didn't apologize for the inconvenience or anything instead he snatched the bag with an attitude and look at it as if I cooked the damn bacon and messed up the order. When I received the new order of bag all I got was an emotionless flat that you as if he dreaded to have to atone for the mistake.
Long story short I won't be patronizing this site ever again strictly based on the service. I can get over a cooking mistakes but I can't get over rudeness when I'm spending money.
