I am normally not one to ever write a review, but every single time I come to get something the order is never correct. I get a xl coffee and bagel, and the coffee is supposed to have more than 1 cream and caramel in it but doesn’t. This place cannot toast a bagel to save their lives. The sandwiches are consistently burnt. You can never understand anyone that works there. I am just completely frustrated and will be going to the one on telegraph from now on. Buyer Beware.!!!

I come to this location at least once a week, and I’m appreciative of their willingness to fix errors. I had to circle back today because my coffee was not tasting right but they fixed it quickly and are always so polite.

I came in at 11 looking to get drinks and the Indian worker was very rude to me and my drink drinks tasted disgusting And we ended up throwing it away The worker did not care whatsoever will not be coming to this place again do not recommend

I wouldn't come here if you have an allergy. I know there are no guarantees but when I order a drink without whip and with oatmilk and then it comes with whip. I asked him to make it again and I watched him make it with whole milk so he had to make it again. I won't be returning.

Had a huge order and had an order of 10 donut holes ASSORTED and they gave me ALL glaze. And at that, I couldn’t even changed from Assorted on the app and couldn’t leave a note to say anything BUT jelly filled. And the drinks were disgusting and not made properly. Avoid this Dunkin.
I Will never eat another donut from Dunkin’ Donuts. The prices are outrageous $20 for a medium coffee and a dozen donuts !!! Much too high! Tell donuts are just ok too, nothing to brag about, so what am I paying all this money for LOL.

While walking up to the door I saw the OWNER opening the door for someone. He opened the door fully while I was walking to the door. I saw the moment in his head when he thought about keeping the door open. He proceeds to shut the door while I’m talking and and behind me I hear him yelling THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Sir, you did not open the door for me. I told him he was disrespectful. This is the second time I’ve been here and experienced a bad incident

COUNTERFEIT MONEY!!! Do not go here and use cash to pay for your purchase. I got $41 dollars in change (2 $20 dollar bills and a $1 bill). I then went to the liquor store after and tried to use $20 to pay for my purchase. The man said it was counterfeit, and that the other $20 was counterfeit too. I tried calling this location twice and they didn’t answer. I will be filing a report with the police. This is ridiculous!!!!

I wish I could leave a 0 star. They tried to over charge us and argued with us to get our money back. They also handed my a cold coffee and wanted me to keep it lol. If you're hungry or craving a cup of coffee DO NOT come to this place. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.
