Seeing so many bad reviews my story is a waste of time to explain if the service has been this terrible.
I’m just glad I didn’t spend any money and the women was rude off the rip..

Zero stars. This store completely fumbled my son's birthday. Ordered our ice cream cake several days in advance to show up this morning and be told that they don't have it. And no one wanted to take responsibility - or issue an appropriate refund. Not the store manager, or the Baskin Robbins phone-based customer service (45 minutes on the phone!). Insprire Brands continue to miss the mark, especially their Baskin Robbins / Dunkin combo franchisee stores.

I came to this establishment twice on 12/21/25 and 12/23/25 both times they decided to close the store early but was inside doing nothing. I even asked what time they closed and the employee replied midnight and I said right, it’s 20+ minutes until then. They did not care at all. I only wanted ice cream, very rude!

I wish I could give a zero.
Im a grubhub delivery driver. Traveled 10 mins to get order. I walk in and they dont have ANY OF THE FLAVORS ON ORDER except strawberry. Grubhub says they call call them directly to change flavors or do on the same tablet they accept orders on. The worker says the manager refuses to change the flavors. And try myself in the am. This is very unprofessional. You all have disappointed the customer and me as well since you wasted my time and I can't make any money off this order. Do better.

Worst customer service. Yearly I order an ice cream cake from Baskin-Robbins for my Dad on Father's Day. I usually order from a store closer to my parents' house but this year I ordered from one closer to me -- big mistake. When I arrived to pick up the cake, the lone employee behind the counter was on his cell phone and continued to talk on his cell while staring in my face. When he finally deigned to give me his attention, he went to the back and brought out the cake. On the outside the cake looked like the one I ordered. Later that night, my Dad texts me and sends me pictures of the cake -- it had vanilla ice cream and chocolate cake. I ordered a cake with vanilla ice cream and WHITE cake since my Dad can't eat chocolate. He proceeded to throw the cake away. Long story short, since June 16, 2025 I have been trying to get a refund for the cake. I have contacted the corporate office on several occasions. The owner texted me asking how do we resolve this and I replied we resolve it with my refund. Since then, it's been radio silence. Corporate keeps escalating my case but they cannot issue me the refund since the store is a franchise. In sum, avoid this place like the plague.

This location is absolutely terrible. This employees completely disregard your order, will upcharge you, and lack basic sanitary measures. Do NOT go here. Every time it's always something. I have contacted corporate multiple
times and nothing has worked. I remember an instance I asked for a shake and I was told the ice cream was frozen? Crazy right. This location should be shut down, expeditiously.

We’ve been here many times and most recently (last 6-8 months) service has hit rock bottom. The ice cream tasted horrible, it was on the verge of melting (some reason all their glass “doors” on the ice cream were all open) and the ice cream tasted old and icy. My favorite flavor in the world is mint chocolate chip. It’s green with shaved bits of chocolate. For the life of me I cannot tell why their min chocolate chips was brown and tasted horrible. The only thing I can think of is they let it melt too much and mixed it together and the chocolate turned it a dirty water brown color. So odd! I didn’t even eat my expensive cup of ice cream, as it was actually warm and gross. I agree with other reviews the staff are extremely unengaged, and act like it’s an hassle to actual serve customers. Never going back. Even my husband who never complains was disgusted.
