This location is absolutely terrible. This employees completely disregard your order, will upcharge you, and lack basic sanitary measures. Do NOT go here. Every time it's always something. I have contacted corporate multiple
times and nothing has worked. I remember an instance I asked for a shake and I was told the ice cream was frozen? Crazy right. This location should be shut down, expeditiously.

We’ve been here many times and most recently (last 6-8 months) service has hit rock bottom. The ice cream tasted horrible, it was on the verge of melting (some reason all their glass “doors” on the ice cream were all open) and the ice cream tasted old and icy. My favorite flavor in the world is mint chocolate chip. It’s green with shaved bits of chocolate. For the life of me I cannot tell why their min chocolate chips was brown and tasted horrible. The only thing I can think of is they let it melt too much and mixed it together and the chocolate turned it a dirty water brown color. So odd! I didn’t even eat my expensive cup of ice cream, as it was actually warm and gross. I agree with other reviews the staff are extremely unengaged, and act like it’s an hassle to actual serve customers. Never going back. Even my husband who never complains was disgusted.

Awful service by the employee working there, not only was he on the phone, he sprinkled the graham cracker crumbs in my fiancé’s drink with his bare hands. When I asked for a specific flavor of ice cream, instead of informing me that the flavor was not available and asking me which other flavor I would prefer, he opted to substitute it. When I was handed the other ice cream, I asked if it was the correct flavor and he responded “no, it’s this.” I explained that I had ordered the other flavor for a reason, he said “oh well we’re out.” Perhaps I would have been more willing to order a different flavor under different circumstances, but now I don’t even want to return to this location. Absolutely awful.

There was hair in our ice cream and they put sprinkles on the bottom of the cup and when we asked if they could add the sprinkles we asked for they rudely told us it was on the bottom of the cup and probably put hair in the cup because we asked if they could put it on top. This place is gross.

Very bad service by Koneru Herman (I think employee name in bill) . Normally If I buy 3 scoops of ice cream from any baskin robins usually they charge a discounted price compared to single scoop. But this guy wouldn’t let me get $7:50 deal for 3 scoop and instead charge me $14 sum total of 3 individual scoops . He said that’s what he can do and if I don’t like can give $1 each for my 2 kids. What a disaster service!! Anyway just wanted to let you know here

Drove all the way here for the “Baskin Robbin’s” root beer float and it’s obviously false advertisement because even after being told they had them. I drove 25 minutes for a root beer float just to be told when I got here that you do NOT have them. Absolutely ridiculous. Either they need people on the phone who know what the hell they’re talking about or get their “current” advertising right. Went thru the drive thru when I got here and was told they had it as well but to come inside just for them to say they didn’t have it!! This is RIDICULOUS!!!! Will not be back for neither Dunkin’ or ice cream again at this location

Baskin Robbins/ Dunkin’ donuts along with the Franchise owner of this location is going to find themselves in the middle of a internal investigation of Branding Continuity Pricing violations and Antitrust Law Violation. After visiting this location several times the Employees continue to price gauge their customers … the employees on several occasions up charged me by $4 on their products that other Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts offer the same product at the retail price. The employees at this location rudely bragging that they make their own pricing. Well, guess what we’re going to see what the Michigan AG’s office have to say about this egregious Pricing Discrimination! This will teach you big Corps of taking advantage of your own public consumers

Is there an option for - ⭐️I went through the driveway today, there was a guy who was working and he was EXTREMELY very rude to me and asked me to rush over without even hearing me. And gave the wrong order and took out 5$ extra from my card.This guy has changed my perception regarding baskin robins

Baskin robins is baskin robins… u can’t really go wrong. BUT THIS LOCATION and the customer service is BEYOND horrible! It can’t get much worse. I don’t have many locations near me other this one but if I had other options I would never return.
