Baskin Robbins/ Dunkin’ donuts along with the Franchise owner of this location is going to find themselves in the middle of a internal investigation of Branding Continuity Pricing violations and Antitrust Law Violation. After visiting this location several times the Employees continue to price gauge their customers … the employees on several occasions up charged me by $4 on their products that other Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts offer the same product at the retail price. The employees at this location rudely bragging that they make their own pricing. Well, guess what we’re going to see what the Michigan AG’s office have to say about this egregious Pricing Discrimination! This will teach you big Corps of taking advantage of your own public consumers

Is there an option for - ⭐️I went through the driveway today, there was a guy who was working and he was EXTREMELY very rude to me and asked me to rush over without even hearing me. And gave the wrong order and took out 5$ extra from my card.This guy has changed my perception regarding baskin robins

Baskin robins is baskin robins… u can’t really go wrong. BUT THIS LOCATION and the customer service is BEYOND horrible! It can’t get much worse. I don’t have many locations near me other this one but if I had other options I would never return.

We went around 5pm on 5/30/23. Who are the new people working here? They're awful. The man working the drive thru wanted to debate about what I ordered when I was very clear about what I ordered bc it's the same everytime. Perhaps there was an issue with the speaker. Perhaps he was distracted by people in the background and didn't hear me over them. But to insist I didn't say something was a bit nuts. I left without my order. (After waiting in a long line on a hot day.) We came for a tasty treat, not an argument.

They sell moldy donuts. On top of waiting 10 minutes...this is how it came. I'm not sure how many were moldy but after pulling out one donut and seeing that they immediately went to the garbage. The kitchen can't be clean. Since I've received a drink from them that had hair in it..On several occasions I've just got ice water or a cup of ice that tasted like coffee. I didn't understand how the ice was coffee flavored too..despite not ordering coffee. Never again 0/10, would not recommend.
Came with a group of friends. Super friendly service! Gave us free samples of every flavor we wanted. Fast and efficient.

I have mixed feelings about this particular Dunkin' because the customer service is always spot on but the drinks never are. There's always too much of something, or not enough of something else. Also, their latte machine is almost always down and that's a bummer. However, I still find myself frequenting this location because I live nearby. The inside is always clean, and the drive thru moves really fast.
