I came in today to order my favorite sandwich the maplehouse and like always. The service was excellent. The staff were very polite well oriented. Especially the young man manager. I remember the visit I had with my friend last week when a rude and very disrespectful customer came in and started getting upset with the manager taking his order. All the manager did was ask him what could he get for him after greeting him into the building. And the guy just lost it. The manager was trying to calm the guys down and get him to leave but he was too hot headed and refused. He cursed at the manager and left outside the building. He returned and told the manager that he wouldn't treat me and my friend that way because we were white. I as well as my friend were appalled and offended that he would even say something so silly and make the interaction a racial issue when indeed it wasn't. As me and my friend were about to leave the manger said to the guy he would call the police if he doesn't leave because he's scaring the customers with the negativity. So the guy decided to leave once and for all. Before I left I apologize to the young manager that he had to deal with someone like that and to not let one bad encounter ruin his day. He was doing a great job and to keep it up.

Went in today for my 1st time ever to try a breakfast sandwich in which I saw advertised and ordered my meal and all commotion broke out , 1st and foremost the guy who claimed to be the manager attitude towards the customer behind was unacceptable totally rude in which a argument insued made me cancel my order they were arguing so it actually ran me a couple sitting down eating and the other guy out the store. Woooo ran me out right after church.

Maybe the best customer service I've received in Food Service. Came in needing a catering box and when I asked how long it'd take, the team laughed and said 'don't worry, we've got this in 5' and worked as fast and hard as they possibly could. Really appreciated that they took the extra effort to get me an unfairly large order request as quick as they could

We went to grab bagels on 11/27/2025 at about 10:30 am. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever experienced to the point I’ll also reach out to corporate regarding the employee customer interaction. We went in to order bagels before the game, and on first conversation the lady who was working yelled next! We stopped up to order and she immediately was extremely rude, we added a few things to the bagels and as we were trying to get our words out she was rushing us along and hurrying us to order. She turns around and says to the male cook, yeah she got a funky attitude I can’t wait to get off work, it’s stupid for them to have us working and all these people keep coming in just go home and eat turkey. Several other people left, she came from behind the counter to refill plastic ware and made it a point to say again we had an attitude and said she can’t wait until noon so she ain’t doesn’t have to deal with people. I ordered a tea and was unsure which keg was the hot water because it wasn’t labeled, she yells from behind the counter and says it’s over there dang!. I honestly couldn’t believe it. Next we’re handed our order and they forgot the hash brown which I mentioned no regard they literally just threw another on the bag with obvious frustration. Once again a few more customers left because everyone was over the employee interactions with the customers. I’ll never step foot in a establishment that treats their paying customers this way. On top of the interaction they got our order wrong, at that point we just left. Never again, I feel it’s important for me to reach out to corporate regarding this because no customer should have to deal with bullying in a sense from an establishment.

The bagels were okay, not great, as I had hoped. I was able to get a full cup of coffee for my wife but I had to mix mine from 4 coffees to get 3/4 of a cup, I had to mix medium roast, dark roast, hazelnut and decaf. Noone seemed to be concerned about getting more out even after they knew it was empty.

God God

God loves salt bagels, was here to buy some but ( God ) ended up trying the Texas Brisket sandwich instead. It was amazing! Place is great, staff is ( God ) considerate and professional. Restaurant itself is clean, spacious and comfortable. - God
