Chef Tom at the Troy location was wonderful for our holiday work party! I had the steak hibachi and their salmon nigire and both were excellent.

This place needs to close. This is by far the worst experience and I didn't order food. Walking in, no customer service. Sitting at the bar, I basically had to beg to get service. The atmosphere is terrible. I guess the only benefit is if you're trying to get food cooked in front of you. Beer for $15 crazy.

Our hibachi chef Tom was so nice. Great portions, very accommodating!

We went for my daughter’s &th birthday & you all really showed her a fun time . it was her first time going so she really enjoyed watching the chef do different tricks . The food, the customer service was a10-10 .

All this raving about this guy, or that guy, and I'm yet to read one review about Troy Benihanas ⭐️CROWN JEWEL⭐️ of a Server, BEA. Warm, personable, VERY QUICK ON HER FEET, and provided service, leaps and bounds beyond wildest expectations. Kudos to the kitchen as well, for the food served was hot n yummy too. But when I come back, it will be on the exact day and time I last got BEA as server. Saturdays at 2pm. 🎆

Tom was exceptional, his service was great and the food was even better. I'll definitely look forward to coming back and requesting Tom again!

I will never go to this restaurant again. The food was not good or tasty. First the rice was brought to me and 10 minutes later the chicken, shrimp and vegetables were brought to me separately. The different sauces was not good at all. People talk about this restaurant so much but it was a poor experience for me. The waitress was nice. The food was a 4 out of 10. Never again!!!

Dine in service where the rice is cold! Even after advising the waitress AND her bringing a NEW order. Come on folks! It’s 4:45 pm on a Monday.

5pm. I ask for a manager to advise that after a second order of rice was delivered to the table, the manager “Leon” comes over does not offer offer anything acceptable for the inconvenience AFTER spitting salvia on the table and over my food as he speaks. Totally unacceptable! AND disgusting. He then sends service over to “sanitize” the table with a dry clothe. Don’t eat here!
