The food was very good. The service was awful. Our server (Troy) acted like he was doing us a favor. The only time he was efficient was when he brought the check out. Then they have the nerve to automatically add an 18% gratuity. I'd suggest trying your luck at a different location.

The shrimp po boy was underwhelming. A ton of shrimp. Sadly, the shrimp that fall out of the sandwich don't have sauce and are quite bland, barely seasoned at all. Can't speak on the other meals.

Food and drinks were very good. We were also treated to a quartet with some good music. Very nice time. We will be back.

Service was horribly slow. We only saw our server when she took our drink order and dropped them off, took our food order and dropped it off and when she brought the bill. My husband had to track down someone for boxes and the tab. The tab had an automatic 18% service charge (we were a party of 3) which we found odd. When he finally found a staff member to question this, the staff member at first acted like he had no idea what it was, but then told my husband “all the restaurants are doing it.” Then the staff member went on some self-righteous monologue about all his life accomplishments. This is to say nothing of the food. My son ordered fish and chips. The fish was old and freezer burnt. Will not eat here again.

This was a favorite restaurant many years ago so we decided to give it another chance, bad decision! The shrimp poboy came with hard bread and small overcooked shrimp. The French fries tasted like they were cooked in very old oil. The server basically abandoned us and we had to go to the front desk to get our check from her, even though the restaurant was almost empty! Do better. Never again.

Very good experience food was tasty but I prefer that the tip not be included in the initial bill . I guess you can't have everything.
The service was extremely slow. One straw placed on our table had mold on the outside wrapper. I shared it with the man sitting at the door. He apologized.

We were seated right away, but waited 12 mins for the server to come to our table and then she plunked down our water glasses and said, “are you ready?” We asked her if there were any specials and she sighed and said they didn't do specials. She didn't ask us if we wanted drinks or an appetizer. She was very rude to us. We told her we needed a few mins and then we left. There weren't very many people in the restaurant, so there was no reason why she couldn't have at least brought water. Automatically adding an 18% tip is ridiculous. Her attitude right from the beginning was horrible and she didn't deserve that kind of tip.
