I usually don’t leave reviews, but seeing as this happened on more than one occasion, I feel like I should and it’s necessary. Waited for over 30 minutes in the lobby for my food just to figure out that it was sitting behind the counter out of reach with the bag open, and they had never called my name for it. When I went up to see if the food was done, the worker told me that it wasn’t his fault it had been sitting there for so long because he had been in the back, even though I saw him walk in and out of the back multiple times, and there were workers actively working on food that they planned to take home with them. All I was offered was a simple “Sorry about that”. When I got home, the burgers were cold, and the fries were terribly salty. I will not be back as this happened to a friend of mine as well.

It's been 10+ years since I've dined here at Five Guys restaurant. Fantastic foods and service! One thing they need to do is to simply cut back on the sodium for the fries, though. Other than that, I'm super satisfied with the service!😁👍🏾

When ordering this late last night on my way home from work, I honestly stopped because it was the only ring that sounded good. Now it’s been a minute since I’ve eaten at Five Guys. I don’t remember it being that expensive. For two burgers and a medium fry I paid a whopping $36. Along with that the worker who took my order looked as if she quite literally hated her life. It was hard to see especially after working 16 hours delivering Applainces with a smile on my face, even though my day was far from good. When I got the food, it didn’t take that long. I was pretty surprised by that. Unfortunately though, as I was cruising down 94 starving Do my best to enjoy my burger and fries, Each bite of my burger was like biting down into a just barely but thoroughly overcooked burger and bacon.. I was sad not gonna lie🤣 but being that I didn’t eat all day I smashed it like there was no tomorrow. For $36 though… man it just didn’t hit the mark. I hope to have a better experience next time if there is one. Oh yeah! Fries were on point, not gonna lie it was the very best part of the meal👌🏼

Did an online order only to get to the store and have to wait for 30 minutes while I stare at my food getting cold on the counter. I watched three or four other groups get their food before mine and now my food is cold they wouldn’t offer me really a refund or anything it’s just a horrible experience. It’s so crazy. They put fries and literally everyone else else’s bag and then just decided to leave my bag with no fries and let me stand in the lobby for 40 minutes with my twiddling, my thumbs.

My service was bad, I bought a milkshake with my order and it was like drinking milk, It was way to liquidity. Management said just taste it.. I did and through it away and walkedout. It was like her time was more valuable then mine, that she didn't have time to solve a problem with their equipment.
