The staff here is SOOOOO NICE! They’re professional and very HAPPY! You don’t see that often! They all deserve a raise! The restaurant was clean food was FRESH and DELICIOUS! I tried the veggie I wish they had an impossible but this one was still fire!!!!Vegetarian options: The only vegetarian action was very good. I wish they had an impossible, but it definitely did the job.

I was placing an order 1/9/24 at 8:35pm the guy that answered the phone was rude as hell before I could finish my order I just told him to cancel it and went across the street to wing Snob. Customer service is everything if you have that type of attitude taking a phone order you need to find another job.

Stopped at 'our' Five Guys to fortify myself after hours of Christmas shopping. Ordered two personalized (specific toppings) bacon cheeseburgers and a large order of Cajun fries with extra Cajun seasoning. Didn't have to wait long and when I got in the car and ate a few fries??? OMG, these were probably the best I've tasted from Five Guys! Hot, salted well, AND seasoned! Got home and the burger was still hot, was juicy AND delicious.Let me tell you SOMEthin': the staff was just a little lacking in personality (they were not mean or unpleasant just no smiles and no polite banter with customers) but, if you can provide food that is cooked well and correctly, not only will I happily and willingly pay $13 ($12.66) for that burger, I will AGREE that employees @ FIVE GUYS ARE worth $15/hr. unlike employees at other burger establishments (McDonald's and Burger King) who may charge less but for the life of them, canNOT get orders CORRECT.Five Guys employees NEVER miss and I have been frequenting THAT Five Guys for over 15 years. Way to go, guys! ☺️
