I recently visited Flaming Wok and ordered the crab Rangoon and a shrimp egg roll, and I was thoroughly disappointed. The shrimp egg roll was inedible—it had a strange, unpleasant taste that I can only describe as “dirt-like.” Each roll costs nearly $3, yet the shrimp inside was cut so fine you could barely find it. I had to tear the roll open just to check if there was any shrimp at all. The vegetables, like bean sprouts and cabbage, didn’t taste like they had been washed properly, adding to the unpleasant experience.
I didn’t order any rice, noodles, or chicken because just by looking at them, it was obvious they weren’t fresh. Unfortunately, I regret purchasing the crab Rangoon as well, as they also didn’t taste fresh. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone based on my experience.

I have been eating at this place for about 30 years since back when it was in Northland mall, they were always known for good food and very generous portions. However, if you don't pay attention they will try and stick you with old chicken that has been sitting, and when I asked for fresh I think the lady sent the old chicken in the back and then put new chicken on top of the old. I got home and some of the pieces were just breading with no chicken, super crunchy and dry. Then she messed up the order twice, fortunately I was paying attention so I caught it. The prices have also gone up substantially, but I still feel like you get a good amount of food for your money. Avoid going within an hour of them closing, they are more worried about being stuck with wasted food at the end of the night than making sure that you get fresh and delicious food.

Pepper steak and bourbon chicken were awesome. Noodles were just a lil overdone, but that's always a risk at a buffet style. still good enough to eat and enjoy. Portions are big, definitely worth the price. I'll come back for sure

They missed my order all the way up smh and I live 40 plus minutes away. stop in to get lunch for the next day opened my box up and they just gave me some random food i didn't even get the chicken I order and had to wait 10 plus minutes for them to make don't think I'll be back for a while make sure u check your food b4 u leave
