The catfish sandwich is over priced. For $13 it shouldn’t have tasted like dish towel. It had no seasoning NONE! The service was friendly but took entirely too long for a tasteless fish nugget sandwich. That’s right, the sandwich is filled with nuggets instead of fillets. Do not recommend.

I was Very disappointed.. it was my first time at the one on Greenfield and my last.. I ordered a pound of shrimp and a catfish sandwich. I got what looked like a 1/2 pound of shrimp and few pieces of catfish nuggets. Not what I paid for. Because I live a long way from them. I didn't go back.

Ok I know it’s Friday but jezzz. The amount of basic customer service is slim picking. Like did I bother you. I’m patronizing the business that pays you. A smile and thank you goes a long way. I work as a server based on tips and I would never just sit in a chair in a corner to take someone’s order. I love the product the fish is really good but at this point I’ll just fry my own. Nobody is forcing you to work here. You signed up!!!! This could be a million dollar company if they change the attitudes of the employees. And for reference I’m talking about the lady with the faux two strand twist with the hair jewelry. This is my last time spending my money here.
I placed a call in and I could tell from our short conversation that she had a bad attitude. I continued to order my food. When I arrived to pick up my food she was cleaning. She asked what you got? I replied and said I have a call in. She proceeded to clean for about 5-8 mins then walk in the back and never served me. I could literally see my order in the bag in front of me. Very rude and I will never come back or suggest this place to anyone.
