I stopped in yesterday for lunch with my mom. There was no one in line and three men eating in the dine-in area. No other customers. The counter - where the register is - had several awards featured of the restaurant receiving the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. award..but you wouldn’t know that based on the poor attitude of the manager, owner, GM (?) who took our order. He was rushing my mom, and generally seemed like he was being inconvenienced by us. There were no customers there, and further: in this economy, one would think that it’s good business to treat customers with care. That’s also just good business practice.

Very nice. Food was great waitress was nice and attentive. Only issue was they applied an auto gratuity without saying anything, and it wasn't on the copy of the receipt I signed, so I tipped again and didn't notice until after I left that it was on the other, itemized receipt

Was really looking for the Fuddruckers experience. Nope, food is good, but no Fuddruckers burger bar.
Our server added a $6 tip when I already tipped 10$ that's really not cool! Food was amazing. Don't matter if it's a bar that food went hard!

Evergreen Bar & Grill in Southfield (the old Fuddruckers) was a huge disappointment. I really wanted to like this place, but they took away everything that made Fuddruckers great … no salad bar, no cheese station, no fun atmosphere, just a stripped down, generic bar setup with far less charm.
We ordered burgers, which were just okay, but the happy hour margarita was extremely watered down. The happy hour menu just said “margarita,” so when I asked for a strawberry version, I got charged full price anyway. On top of that, they automatically add gratuity to your bill and then hand you another slip to leave an additional tip which feels really shady.
The food is overpriced for small portions, the fries weren’t even warm, the meat texture was off, the tables are packed too close together, and service is painfully slow.
Between the mediocre food, confusing pricing, and lack of the things that used to make this place special, I don’t see myself coming back. Evergreen Bar & Grill really needs to rethink both their operations and their customer experience because right now, it’s a big step down from what it used to be.

Fuddruckers is attached to a bar. The burger was tasty and the fries were good. No complaints on the food at all. Do yourself a favor and get takeout. The dark haired bartender was doing shots with the customer in blue. Our waitress rolled her eyes at my wife when she asked for the lettuce that was missing from her burger. Etc.etc.etc Then they put a 20percent gratuity automaticly. We won't ever return for dine-in
