Normally I can expect a mid level pizza at a good price with friendly people. Tonight we were in awe by the sandwich pictures so instead of ordering pizza we opted for the delicious fried chicken sandwich. Who could resist as mouth watering as the pictures looked. Well, when I tell you that thang was NASTY with a capital N! 2 low grade chicken strips on a STALE bun with a cup of lettuce and mayo. The best thing about the sandwich was the lettuce. I still have a horrible taste in my mouth. I don't know what type of frozen chicken strips they are using but it must be the cheap ones. I had such high hopes and my hopes and dreams were shattered. The plus is it came with fries. That's all.

Saturday May 7 , 2025 my daughter at my request for rib tips not knowing about HAPPY'S PIZZA rib tips. I ask her too try HAPPY'S PIZZA near our house she arrived during a busy hour 3pm . I'm a seasoned cook for over 34 years I just wanted some bbq rib tips. I have too say my experience with the order of supposedly bbq rib tips instead I open my order too a lot of bbq sauce ready too find rib tips this was day old chewy very small pieces of meat , lots of hard gristle and pieces of fat the bbq sauce taste like ketchup with hot sauce. This was sooooooo disappointing on every level too serve these day old bbq rib tips too any customer unfortunately I was that customer that asked my daughter too go too HAPPY'S PIZZA on my behalf at this location close by our house. NEVER EVER AGAIN. This was definitely disturbing as disgusting too serve this day old supposedly rib tips hidden under supposedly bbq sauce. I made a huge mistake HAPPY'S PIZZA SHOULD STICK TOO PIZZA 🍕. I simply wanted to eat real deal succulent rib tips and real bbq sauce just enough for bbq flavor as a condiment not as a cover up drowning the non rib tips in the aluminum tin pan. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL EAT OR ORDER HAPPY'S PIZZA 🍕 NON PIZZA MENU EVER AGAIN . Consumer's Customer's 🚩🚩🚩

Gave me the wrong food and I get home and I get inconvenience to have to come back up there when they charge a $5 delivery fee. I gotta come back up there order to get my correct food. Offer no courtesies as the customer. Not a customer friendly establishment.

When I tell you, this will be the last time I ever eat from Happys. I ordered some ribs last night and when I tell you, you could tell the ribs have been sitting for quite some time and they just threw some barbecue sauce on top. I was so disappointed they were dry and very, very, very tough to eat I will never eat and happy ever again because of this.

They have a new cashier, and he's just weird. He stares, he's never polite, and asks rude questions. They used to have a really nice guy working there. Maybe they changed management 🤔 .

Went in to pickup a pizza. I understand there is a 4% up charge for the transaction; however, I used a debit card. And it states on Michigan.gov website that they cannot upcharge for debit card transactions or prepaid. I will be reporting them on the Michigan.gov website. ?

called at 1145 the “manager” said they were only taking walkins I got there at 11:55 to the door locked & when I called he hung up in my face & told me that he ran the store & didn’t report to anybody..-1 stars wouldn’t recommend

I placed an order over the phone and was given a price. While I was paying, the guy let me know that they're now charging extra for paying by debit or credit. I wasn't upset, I understand businesses have to pay fees as well for various things and sometimes that affects pricing for customers. I didn't like that I was only being told this as I was already paying. I told the cashier I think they should mention the upcharge prior to the customer picking up the order. He replied " I just told you". I didn't appreciate his tone or rudeness. This is the nearest Happy's to me and I regularly go there. If this is the level of respect they show customers I won't be returning.

I must say that I am a Happy's Customer for life! I had a big event for our school and somehow I knew the best option was Happy's Pizza. The price was right and the food is right every time. If you are ever doing a big event call Happy's Pizza and I promise you, you will NOT be disappointed. They came on time, I had everything we needed and including things I forgot about (serving utensils). I was elated with the service and at the end of the event the food was gone. Store owner - Mike assisted me and I must tell you - you do everything with dignity, love and class. You were available and your service was 100%. Thank you so much - we will definitely be ordering with you all in the near future. I wish I could give you 10 stars! :-)
