I had an excellent experience at Happy’s Pizza! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor you can really tell they care about quality. The staff was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right with my order. The restaurant was spotless and well kept, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell the team takes pride in both their food and their service. Definitely one of the best spots around for pizza and great customer care!

I’ve ordered from this establishment twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. Despite clearly requesting that my food be dipped in sauce, it arrived with the sauce on the side both times. Upon contacting the restaurant, I was informed that the staff knowingly disregarded my request and still sent the order out without making any effort to correct it. Additionally, the delivery took nearly two hours, which is far beyond a reasonable timeframe. The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, showing a lack of concern for customer satisfaction. I would not recommend ordering from this location due to the consistent lack of attention to detail and poor service.

Up until today, I have had awesome experiences. Especially, the one on Jefferson. The young lady tonight is very rude. I will never go back there

I enjoy coming to this Happy’s Pizza/Savvy Sliders. I come to order primarily for my mom as she really likes their sliders, fingers and strawberry shakes. But what I most appreciate is the staff that work there. They are SO very nice and courteous. Pretty much every one that works there presently or have in the past have provided excellent customer service. I find Twyla to be especially nice and just great at what she does. Another lady whom I haven’t seen in a while would always ask me about my mother’s wellbeing after a brief conversation we had; so caring! Another gentleman, not sure if he is the manager or owner is also very nice. I typically order the tenders or sliders but tonight decided to order a Calzone, it was very good. In my opinion the food is good, served fast and fresh ( never have had a bad experience) and I find the staff to be what makes this location worth visiting.

Ordered a pizza from Happy’s and specifically requested beef pepperoni. They charged me extra for it, but when I got my order, it was regular pork pepperoni. I know for a fact it was because the look of it the texture and taste. It also made me sick which is why I don’t eat pork. When I called them out on it, they didn’t even try to make it right. If you’re paying extra for something, you should actually get what you ordered. Dishonest business practices—won’t be ordering from here again

Ordered a pizza from here semi late a couple weeks back. Was undercooked and had the wrong toppings. Avoid using the option to have certain toppings on half the pizza. They confuse jalepenos with pineapple 🍍 at this location.

Ordered from the location on Southfield Rd and 12 Mile, and the manager Esphie was rude, condescending and just outright awful. She gave me the wrong wings then tried to talk to me as if I were stupid and didn't know what I ordered, then tried to pretend that my order was correct. Also, on top of giving me happy wingz instead of mega wings she insisted that 1 lb is 7 wings and a 1/2 lb is 5 which makes no sense. Then she refused to refund me and refused to give me the number for corporate or her supervisor's name.

Ordered a celebration lunch for my staff and we were not disappointed! Everything was fresh, delicious, and made us want pizza for dinner again! Had the chance to meet the owner, Gus who helped carry out the order to my car and was beyond polite. Highly recommend- this will be our new lunch spot!
