I love the restaurant and food however, if this was the first time I’ve encountered the older causation
waitresses rude behavior I would have let it go. This waitress is terrible to the customers. I’ve seen other people complain about her ant the restaurant and nothing be done and today she was VERY rude to me. It’s enough for me not to go back. How can someone be miserable everyday!

I used to really enjoy coming here, but my last visit was disappointing. I found hair in my food after spending $20 on two orders, which was frustrating. On top of that, after I paid, I asked for a cup of water and was told it would cost 25 cents simply because it was a to-go order. It’s disheartening that water is free for dine-in customers but not for those taking food to go. Unfortunately, this experience has made it clear that I won’t be returning.

The food wasn’t that good. The hamburgers were unseasoned and tasteless.
There was no dressing of mayo or mustard. The tomato was fresh which was nice. Will not be returning.

Stopped in while in the area. Wife had breakfast while I had a 2 coney and fries special. Our meal was quick to arrive and very good. Pricing was awesome. Will co.e back when in the area again.

A friend recommended Hellenic to me. I think she primarily gets carryout. I decided to dine-in because I wanted an omelet. I didn't want to drive home for 20 minutes. It was noon - maybe, not the best time to try it. It's definitely a busy time! You seat yourself. I was a party of one. I sat at a table that wasn't cleaned yet. No one cleaned the table or acknowledged my presence. There were three servers. Two of the servers were also taking calls for carryout. I waited 15 minutes. At this point, I'm tempted to call for carryout. I would have been further ahead. Instead, I actually call to tell them that I'm there awaiting service. One server comes to clear the table and give me a menu. She doesn't return. Another server comes to take my order. The omelette was okay. The hash browns had a lot of butter/oil. (I'm accustomed to dry hash browns.) It took a while to receive my order. One table arrived at the same time as I did. They received their food already. Three tables arrived after I did. They had their food, too. These other tables were more than one person. If you decide to try it for the first time, you might want to avoid the lunch rush and/or have more than one in your party.

They have a good Greek salad but horrible customer service. My sandwich was wrong and they wouldn’t replace it even though though they made the mistake. They could atleast try to be nice.

Everything is good. One of my favorites is the spinach chicken Greek salad 🔥
