Here's the Scoop Ice Cream Truck

We recently booked Here’s The Scoop ice cream truck for our corporate event, and it was an all-around fantastic experience. The staff was polite, professional, friendly, upbeat, and truly added to the fun atmosphere of the day.

The ice cream was absolutely delicious, and it couldn’t have been a better choice on a 90+ degree day. Everyone in attendance raved about how refreshing it was to enjoy such a cool treat, and we all agreed that it was one of the highlights of the event.

I was especially thrilled to learn that they serve Ray’s Ice Cream, one of my personal favorites. In addition, there was a wide selection of cupcakes, cookies, and old-time favorite novelty treats, along with hand-packed ice creams. Everything tasted amazing, and I personally loved the Moose Tracks flavor. They were also kind enough to let us sample, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Overall, we couldn’t have asked for better service or better treats. Our entire team left happy and satisfied, and we’ve already decided that we’ll be booking Here’s The Scoop Ice Cream Truck again for our next company event. Thank you for keeping us cool and smiling on one of the hottest days of the year!

I want to give a huge shout out to Here's the Scoop Ice Cream for showing up at a moments notice to Edison Elementary in Westland today for their field day when the Kona Ice truck we booked and paid for did not arrive. Here’s the Scoop came within 2 hours of my inital panicked phone call with enough ice cream for all 450+ kids. If you are in need of an ice cream truck in the future, please consider them. Here’s the Scoop came to a neighborhood event at our church after another ice cream truck cancelled at the last minute. We were so grateful that they squeezed us into their schedule. The servers were friendly and the ice cream and frozen treats were delicious! We will definitely be having them again at our next event!

Truck was great serving Ray's Ice cream! Had all options of what was available on truck and there are many items.. Served over 100 people in 2 hours. Only possible improvement would be to have 2 servers to reduce wait time. Thanks- will definitely book again.
