Here's the Scoop Ice Cream Truck

I want to give a huge shout out to Here's the Scoop Ice Cream for showing up at a moments notice to Edison Elementary in Westland today for their field day when the Kona Ice truck we booked and paid for did not arrive. Here’s the Scoop came within 2 hours of my inital panicked phone call with enough ice cream for all 450+ kids. If you are in need of an ice cream truck in the future, please consider them. They really pulled through today for all our kids and we couldn’t be more grateful. 💙🍦

Here’s the Scoop came to a neighborhood event at our church after another ice cream truck cancelled at the last minute. We were so grateful that they squeezed us into their schedule. The servers were friendly and the ice cream and frozen treats were delicious! We will definitely be having them again at our next event!

Truck was great serving Ray's Ice cream! Had all options of what was available on truck and there are many items.. Served over 100 people in 2 hours. Only possible improvement would be to have 2 servers to reduce wait time. Thanks- will definitely book again.

I regret to say that my guests and I were quite disappointed with the service and overall experience provided by your ice cream truck, as it did not meet our expectations. Firstly, the coordination prior to the event felt disorganized. Additionally, we were surprised and disheartened to find that the ice cream truck was actually a van, whose appearance was unkempt and unsuitable for a high-class party. Furthermore, guests were not provided with a menu detailing all available offerings, including toppings, leaving them unaware of their options.not to mention the rudeness of the driver , As a result, I was left with many unused tickets out of 120 indicating a lack of interest from many attendees. I frequently host large events and prefer to work with the same vendors after a successful experience. Unfortunately, based on this event, I will not be booking this ice cream service again as it did not meet my satisfaction.

We used Here's the Scoop for our recent subdivision block party and are happy with the choice. They offer a hand-scooped and novelties ice cream option to please grownups and kids. Rays ice cream is delicious. On time, good service, cute truck, many desert options, music.
