We were the only guests that were there until they closed @10pm There was a VERY limited menu, so I ordered the Red snapper with corn chowder which lacked proper seasonings. Parmesan Fries that where crinkle fries that came from a bag and you would think a fine dining experience would have Hand cut fries instead. ONE drink; and my BILL total was $88....Because of a 22% Gratuity and a 4% increase if you DON'T USE CASH. After getting my Bill I then knew why it's deserted. NOT FINE DINING.....

This last weekend, I had my Bridal Shower at Imaginate. It was an amazing experience from start to finish!! The servers were very helpful with setting up and also making sure all my guest were satisfied! I would recommend to anyone wanting to have a party or celebration! The ambiance here is classy and beautiful ☺️

OMG! The experience is amazing! Chef Dwayne was incredible and the food was even better. Great atmosphere and wonderful customer service. Latoya was the best made our birthday celebration EXCELLENT! THE dessert was sooooo good Mango cheesecake.

Set reservations for Mother’s Day. Due to an event earlier in the day they were out a good portion of food listed on their menu. We waited about 30-35 minutes before asking another waitress for assistance as our waitress hasn’t came to introduced herself yet. After speaking with one of the waitress our waitress finally came over to introduce herself. We then waited about another 20-25 minutes to get our beverages. We then waited about an hour to hour and 20 minutes for the food to come out. The food came out cold and no seasoning on the Steaks. We also ordered Brussel sprouts as a side and the waitress didn’t know they were out of Brussel sprouts until she was handing us our food and another waiter inform her they were out. So we opted for a Caesar salad. We then had to wait another 10-15mins for silverware as we didn’t receive any in the beginning. Once we received the Caesar salad we were ready to leave at that point. I don’t think it was appropriate for gratuity to be included in the bill for the type of service that we received that night. Also, during the time of visit the place wasn’t crowded for the service to be so slow and terrible.

Omg!!! I have never been so disappointed service was horrible, food they didn’t have half of the food on the menu, over priced $30 for a hamburger ?, our waitress did get nice when it was time to go. Oh yeah we never got our drinks ? 5:45-8:15

My daughter took me dine here on 5/12/24 Mothers Day Brunch, Horrible we were seated, first off the booth the waitress took us too was Dirty food in booth seat, we tell the woman who seated us she dust it off with her hand( no wet cloth) secondly the table cloth was filthy so we was like ok, third we went to the buffet area the plates was dirty we stopped a waitress and asked for clean plates, we got over that, fourth we get to the buffet food was dried out and buffet was mostly empty picked over and to think they offered this at $49.00 per person was even worse, my daughters and I left the establishment that we thought would be fine dining but was a mess happy we didn’t waste our $150 on this place never again ☹️

Visited before a show in downtown Royal Oak. The service was good but the food was disappointing. We ordered a burger and a Land & Sea, with a side of corn and fries. The bun was cold and the burger meat unseasoned. My steak was overcooked and also lacked seasoning, but for some reason covered in dried parsley which didn’t add to flavor and was a weird texture. The sides - corn confit tasted like canned corn in unsalted butter and the Parmesan fries were frozen fries topped with the grated Parmesan cheese from the green bottle. Almost everything we ate tasted like there was no seasoning, including salt.
The food would have been fine, had we been at a chain restaurant but paying over $120 for a meal that we ended up leaving without finishing (and grabbed an actual dinner at Goodnight Gracie’s) was not great. Maybe it was an off night based on some other reviews, but it seemed like the restaurant was going a specific vibe rather than focusing on the food
Wonderful service, hospitality, good food, the mango cheese cake is exceceptional, owner chef, very nice. I would highly recommend this resuturant.

Made reservations the eve of my birthday dinner was told that there was no reservation under my name once I said that my card was charged the $100 booking fee. That’s when I was told I will get a call back, the call back was to inform me that my reservation was canceled and I would be refunded my deposit. I’m really upset with the fact I was told not to waste my time here however I like to deal with personal experience. This was one time I should have listened to the reviews.
